I use my IPad to shop, NOT my phone or computer! Perhaps it’s just the learning curve, but I found the APP MUCH easier to navigate! WHY was the decision made to get rid of the APP ?! Bring it BAAAACK!
Posted in Forum: HSN TVKudos to those who created, selected and approved the music that sounds (to me) like modern, perhaps synthesized, Mediterranean zither music. So bright, charming and contemporary. You may think we viewers never notice, but we do.
They must own part of the company/ I am sick of the endless presentations of over-priced poor quality products, as well as all the pots and pans and coin programs. HSN isn’t what it used to be and the lack of S and H discounts for multiples of same item has ruined on line shopping for me.
Recently I wanted to buy 6 sale apparel items and the S and H was $21 extra for a $98 purchase
I don’t think I’ve ever had an HSN package come in 2-3 days. Sometimes my package comes to my town post office, then somehow goes somewhere else, then comes back to my town. I’m pretty sure you’ll get your package!
Posted in Forum: ElectronicsI order a tablet on 1/21/2020 & I’ve yet to received it I’ve been told alot of things was finally told on 1/28/2020 that it was coming from the west coast finally an investigation was opened up to see where it was at on 1/28/2020 after calling HSN,UPS,& the company who is supposed to be shipping the tablet.Usually it takes just 2-3 days for a package to come to my home.
Posted in Forum: Crafts & SewingI noticed always on craft day HSN airs Cricut and the Brother ScanNcut but never the Silhouette Cameo Die Cutting Machine and I was just wondering why? I think it’s a great machine. I think if more people could see the workings of this machine they would love it too.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI purchased a tv on HSN the website, selected flex pay, used my paypal account which is linked to my checking account. Paid $333.86 6 (SIX) days ago, the order was immediately cancelled but of course the money was accepted and now I am being told this should have fell off after 72 hours.
How can a company accept the payment, then deny the product and then keep the initial payment of $333.86 for a week? Someone please HELP!!
Posted in Forum: HomeI’d really like to see more travel accessories and a return of Samantha’s travel clothing. It seems like the TS is always a 21 inch carry on. I’m sure Samantha has lots of ideas for accessories and clothing so I wish HSN would give her more flexibility in what she offers. The comfort kit with this latest TS was a good start but we need more. Also, why is stocking such an issue? Items take so long to come back after selling out, I think HSN needs to get better at estimating demand and order larger quantities from Samantha. They seem to place an order only when she has an upcoming appearance. I can’t tell you how long I have been waiting for a simple item like luggage tags to come back to the lineup. Samantha is the best selling luggage line on HSN, they need to stop treating her stuff like a capsule collection.
Martha is one of the MANY that I loved and no longer present on HSN! Still have and use many of her items.
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesI ordered a coin for the first time. Did not realize you had to be present to receive the coin from UPS. They don’t allow you to go to their store to pick it up. So, it gets returned to the vendor (not HSN). No way to get it now.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI see now that boots I ordered back in 2019 that had an extended holiday return policy of January 31, 2020, are now 30 dollars cheaper. Also a Perlier order for a 2 set of royal jelly lotion is $20.00 cheaper. I called CS regarding the boots and they said it only covers a 30 days price guarantee from when the item was purchased. Why does HSN do that? If you have the extended time to try a product, then they cut the price and you can’t get the difference credited? I assume it will be the same for the Perlier purchase and the dispenser has started to leak recently. I patched it up and was going to let it go, but why should I pay almost 20 dollars more for something that is defective? Think HSN should cover the full holiday price guarantee and if the price drops, give you the difference. Now I have to send both items back. Very disappointed. Thank you.
I’m also curious why some of the winners’ names are not actual links (highlighted in blue)? They probably receive a separate notification email, but if a user’s name is typed properly, it should automatically highlight as a link (like the others). Just wondering… 🧐 Also, on the other Winner’s List from the Rewards Store, the winner of the Elite Bistro 45-Liter French Door Oven from 1/16 is HSN_444 ~ doesn’t sound like an actual player’s user name… 🤔
There is definitely a major problem with the HSN Arcade as a whole. I’d recommend people just play for fun and not expect to win a prize, but it’s difficult to enjoy the games when they’re messed up and don’t allow a player to achieve their best score. The Spin-to-Win game is hinky ~ the spins are not always smooth and often stop abruptly (in a non-winning position, of course). Sometimes the third reel will move one more spot after the others with two matching items have stopped, which is suspicious. In addition to those game issues, the points that are awarded for different games are all over the place, and not fairly determined or assigned. The points won are not a reflection of the score achieved, and do not increase respectively with the score. One major example is Today’s Special Jigsaw puzzle. I’m sure most people don’t get more than 200 points ~ regardless if you complete it in 5.5 minutes or 6.5 minutes (which convert to a score and then points). I’ve been trying to figure out the cutoff point to achieve more than 200 points ~ I think it’s under 5 minutes (and more than 4800 or 5000 for a score) ~ but I’ve only been able to do that once or twice, and I think I received 250 points, which is only 50 points more for moving really fast with the puzzle. Maybe someone else can add to this ~ if they know what the scale is or often achieve more than 200 pts. Most top scorers seem to be in the 4700 range on the ranking chart (if that’s accurate). I prefer not to be timed on puzzles like this one, and I think 200 pts. is pretty good compared to the other games, but if I get the puzzle done in under 5 minutes, I would like to be rewarded for that. I think even 5.5 min. is really good and should award more than 200 pts. That’s just one example ~ all the other games that I’ve played have a very messed up scoring/point system and don’t reward the appropriate points. However, points don’t really seem to matter, anymore, since there isn’t much to spend them on, so ~ whatever… 🙄
