Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceIs anyone else having issues with the app? It won’t let me sign in to see my orders. I even do the send code and nothing happens. I did uninstall and reinstalled and the same thing happens.
I used to buy all my clothes from HSN that I didn’t make myself (I was a sewer). Since I did sew I was particularly excited by details that I appreciated as a sewer. Things like bound buttonholes instead of machine made buttonholes, welt pockets, instead of patch pockets, beautifully pleated garments, or high stylish looking garments that were reasonably priced (Randolph Duke comes to mind). In all the years I have been shopping with HSN I never once saw anyone wearing something I bought on HSN (even though with the amount of volume HSN sold this would not have been a problem for me). However, ALL the designers that had that kind of quality and attention to detail garments have left. I no longer buy clothes from HSN or QVC unless the price is very low and the shipping is free.
I think scrap booking has waned because you can only have so many scrapbooks and where do you put them all. Cards can be designed for every occasion which are endless. I do miss the variety of the vendors that have been dropped or are missing. I wouldn’t mind seeing some new blood. I am also retired and on a fixed income now so every month craft shows are not viable for me. I love the HSN shows though, I always learn something to add to my creativity.

Posted in Forum: FashionHSN currently has a glitch in their online ordering that is charging sales tax for clothing orders in PA. It looks like anything ordered yesterday is fine, but orders placed today are showing sales tax on clothing which should be 0.00 for PA and maybe other states are having the same issue. This same issue comes up every once in a while. I wish they would find out what keeps causing it and fix it.

Perhaps craft day needs new vendors. I loved Hunkydory products but for some reason they were pulled from HSNs listing. What happened? How about these companies: Hot Off the Press, Graphic 45 or Creative and. HSN uses too many UK vendors. Save the tariffs and use Made in
the US companies.
I agree whether you have a cell phone or not all customers should always be able to apply a coupon it should not be for only customers who are HSN CARD HOLDERS OR SOMEONE WHO USES THEIR APP.
IT SHOULD BE FOR EVERYONE BUT HSN HAS A HISTORY OF NOT BEING ALL INCLUSIVE THEY DO NOT MAKE THEIR VENDORS MAKE CLOTHING IN PETITES AND TALL.
THEY THROW A BONE TO US TALL & PETITE WOMEN AND ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING US A HUGE FAVOR AND NO OTHER RETAILER DOES THAT.
THEY MUST BURY THEIR HUGE HEADS IN THE SAND BECAUSE I PURCHASE A LOT OF CLOTHING NAME BRANDS MID TO HIGHER QUALITY TOPS, JACKETS, COATS, SWEATERS, SKIRTS AND PANTS ALL IN PETITES AND ALL NOT FROM HSN OR ANY HOME SHOPPING SHOW ALL FROM RETAILERS ONLINE THAT ALSO SELL IN STORES.
MOST STORES DO NOT HAVE AN ABUNDANCE OF MERCHANDISE IN ANY SIZES ANY LONGER THEY OFFER IT ALL ONLINE BUT YOU CAN RETURN TO THE STORE WHICH FOR ME IS A HUGE CONVENIENCE LIVING IN A CITY.
