I never shopped KMart before her line was sold there. I bought 11 related-separates as they were called. I felt like a million and never broke the bank. I still have a few pencil skirts from 30 years ago from her.
These days I love buying her clothing line from HSN, she is educational and obviously loves her job.
What a beauty inside and out. I believe she brings the best out in all of us.
Thank you for bringing her line to HSN. It’s so well made. So well priced.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceThe last few orders I have gotten have not been great> Either one shoe is stretched out & the other fits ….or they have a small tear or something wrong with the seam.
Today I received a box back from something I sent back through UPS with HSN label they sent me to print. It came back to me while we were away. I called customer service & explained that the original label was removed & now was being sent back to me from UPS as the sender?????
I was informed I had missed the window to return the item. I am so done with HSN. This was no my fault & he didn’t seem to have any customer service skills to help me even though I told him I could prove to him it was sent back

I used Dimitri’s products when he was first on HSN over 35 years ago then he left. I started using his products again when he was at the other channel. He then appeared here again. I love his products, and I have achieved results. As much as one is able to achieve using skincare items. His products are very expensive now, and I am searching for alternatives.
To each his own, if Dimitri is happy getting cosmetic surgeries. It is his business not my business. What happen to everyone has a right to share an opinion, as the Op did without been treated harshly?

Here in MD we do pay tax on clothing but this week is tax free on clothes and shoes for Back to School, I just placed a clothes order and no tax was charged from HSN
