A Letter to Our Valued HSN Family
From Stacy Bowe, President, HSN Brand & US Merchandising
Dear HSN Family,
I hope this letter finds you well. As you may have heard, after 48 incredible years calling St. Petersburg, Florida home, HSN is embarking on a new adventure. We are relocating our operations to our corporate headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania, already home to our sister brand QVC. We will complete this move at the end of June.
Let me be clear: The HSN you know and love is not going anywhere. While our address is changing, the fun is here to stay. We will continue to take you on a journey, where you can embrace the new, celebrate your uniqueness, find special products that enrich your life, and of course, have tons of fun. We will continue to offer a lively, entertaining mix of hosts, celebrities and industry experts.
This move gives our team access to world-class studios and cutting-edge technology, so we can keep making your shopping experience better. We’re investing to bring you a wider variety of shows and videos in more places – including TV, social media, streaming, our own website and app, and others – more seamlessly than ever before.
Our most popular HSN programming will continue uninterrupted – we can’t wait to celebrate our 48th Birthday with you in just a few days, and we’ve got lots more fantastic events coming up! Many of our beloved hosts — Sarah Anderson, Debbie Denmon, Adam Freeman, Nicole Hickl, Tamara Hooks, Tina Jennings, Emily Lampa, Ty Mayberry, Callie Northagen, Suzanne Runyan, and Siaoming Wong — are making the journey with us to Pennsylvania, so you’ll see plenty of familiar faces, and we’ll introduce some new friends as well. Our commitment to bringing you innovative products, captivating content, and unforgettable moments is unwavering.
Thank you for being part of our HSN family. Your loyalty, enthusiasm, and trust have been the foundation of our success for nearly five decades. We can’t wait to continue this incredible journey with you from our new home. Here’s to the next chapter of the HSN story—one we’ll write together!
With gratitude and excitement,
Stacy Bowe

You have cut many corners and stripped HSN to the bone. The models are now substandard and some of the best hosts were not retained. You let Amy Morrison go?Are you kidding me?The models you are now booking are terrible. You are cutting corners and after 40 years of being a loyal customer it’s not the same.

So after 40+ years and being with since the beginning,,, HSN has caqncelled me “due to rate of return” ! Do you have ANY IDEA how much your quality and consistency has changed for the worst ? The sizing and descriptions are so off, so when I buy a size 7 shoe and can’t get my foot in I’m supposed to keep them? Sorry, but that is NOT what ‘If you’re not happy, please return, you have 30 days” !? Not a problem, the card will be cancelled and the account will be closed. There is nothing you have that I will die without. It’s a shame this is how you ‘restructure’…………….. :/ -
I LOVE Kim Gravel and watch for the entertainment and comedic humor. Plus her clothes are fabulous too.

OMG!!! Did I just see Model Kenyah (the 1st time I saw her actual name spelled out) on HSN right now? So Happy! It looks like she is being a Rep for Colleen Lopez’s line (if I’m correct) at this showing?
Many of us have commented about missing her with this HSN to PA move. If her being a brand rep is a way for us to keep seeing her, then trust us, many of us are all for it! This is the smartest thing HSN has done with this move so far. Kenyah should/could be a Brand Rep for many brands! This is a great way for us to continue to see the FL models we’re missing with this PA move. Kenyah did well! – I hope we continue to see her in the future!

Where is Amy Morrison? I miss her!

I must admit I am a little nervous about HSN moving to PA. I know that at first, there will be little to no change, but eventually, it will change. I shop at both HSN and QVC. I spend thousands yearly on shopping with HSN and QVC. I think HSN is much better in terms of pricing, and the hosts are more informative. I do think QVC should model after HSN. I like the host on QVC, but what was said in some of the other posts is true. Sorry, I don’t mean to hurt anyone’s feelings. HSN is my favorite, but the former shopping network Shop HQ, which went out of business, was more informative with product information. I wish all the hosts, both on QVC and HSN, much success. What happened to the models on HSN? I miss them. Sorry, the models on QVC are not as good at modeling clothing as HSN models. I just don’t know what it is. There is no personality there. I’m sorry that some of the models didn’t make the move. I hope that HSN keeps giving us great, affordable products

You need to make hsn returns the same as qvc easy return emails or better like Amazon. With HSN I have to go on chat and give people tracking numbers and wait about 3 weeks for refunds IF the packages dont get lost in transit which as least 2 in a year have. Ive been on chat twice in the last week and have gotten no help because my return on 7/7 & 7/14 still isnt in the warehouse.
-
We are so sorry the returns have not been processed yet. We would love to check on your returns. Please email us your order numbers at HSNSocialCare@hsn.com.

I’m totally disgusted with HSN!!! I tried to cancel an order less than 15 minutes after I ordered it and couldn’t it!!! I call Customer Service and was basically told too bad since the orders are processed on East Coast time!!! That is totally unacceptable since I am on the West Coast and many customers are also on the West Coast! This ridiculous excuse was the last straw with my ever purchasing ANYTHING EVER from HSN!!!
-
We are so sorry it was too late to cancel your order. The return label fee has been waived for this order, if you decide not to keep the order. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Since they moved to PA I HAVE TOUBLE GETTING MY ITEMS they take longer to ship they sit in package slot for like 6-7!days before ship that is my only complain about the move HSDN PLEADE DONT CHANGE

QVC needs to adopt the online shopping platform of HSN as it is more user friendly.
I’d also tell QVC that Jane Tracey and Shawn K should take cues from the HSN hosts, esp. Callie and Sarah in terms of discussing the product and what is of interest to the viewers. If you want us to shop, then we need to know specifics on the products. These 2 QVC women are more interested in their own personal family stories, looking at themselves in the mirror or shopping while working, leaving the guest host to “sell”. Frankly, when these 2 are on air, I shut it off, as it’s a waste of my time. I prefer hosts like Amy, Leah, Jane and Pat who explain the products and make sure we know what we are ordering.
Odd, I’d think QVC would be equally interested as it would cut down on returns and add to their profitability which has sunk recently.
Just a point of view of a professional business person.-
Fully agree. Jane Treacey and Shawn Killinger are constantly checking themselves out in the camera & it’s so distracting & unprofessional. You are correct: Shawn especially leaves the guest to sell the product while she rushes off to the full-length mirror or to her cell phone; so off-putting.

How will this effect returned items refunds??
-
It wont, QVC is still superior with returns but it takes weeks for them to get back to the warehouse. With qvc you cant just email easy returns but HSN you have to call or chat and it doesnt show the return tracking # on the order page. I think they do it on purpose so you forget to check on them 3-4 weeks later to see if you got a refund and Ive had multiple lost in transit.

I understand about the move and changes but a lot of the host I’ve watched over the years I will
truely miss. Out of all the shopping shows HSN is the best then QVC . Love you guys . Good luck . -
Preferred you stayed in
Florida. Qvc should have moved to fl. Your channel goes in and out all the time now -
Good luck with the transition I have been a shopper for over 30 years. The ones that are making the transition will find housing more affordable, rural living, Insurance companies that WILL cover your home, NO hurricanes, NO mass flooding, Mold issues, NO gators, No unlimited humidity, better airline access to major cities, less occurrence power outages, lower energy bills. I could go on, but I think the message is clear. If I had a choice PA hands down. South Central FL good for a visit /tour.
-
Good luck with the transition ! Never easy, but hope for the best in the future
-
Thank you so much for your kind words. We appreciate your support!
