A Letter to Our Valued HSN Family
From Stacy Bowe, President, HSN Brand & US Merchandising
Dear HSN Family,
I hope this letter finds you well. As you may have heard, after 48 incredible years calling St. Petersburg, Florida home, HSN is embarking on a new adventure. We are relocating our operations to our corporate headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania, already home to our sister brand QVC. We will complete this move at the end of June.
Let me be clear: The HSN you know and love is not going anywhere. While our address is changing, the fun is here to stay. We will continue to take you on a journey, where you can embrace the new, celebrate your uniqueness, find special products that enrich your life, and of course, have tons of fun. We will continue to offer a lively, entertaining mix of hosts, celebrities and industry experts.
This move gives our team access to world-class studios and cutting-edge technology, so we can keep making your shopping experience better. We’re investing to bring you a wider variety of shows and videos in more places – including TV, social media, streaming, our own website and app, and others – more seamlessly than ever before.
Our most popular HSN programming will continue uninterrupted – we can’t wait to celebrate our 48th Birthday with you in just a few days, and we’ve got lots more fantastic events coming up! Many of our beloved hosts — Sarah Anderson, Debbie Denmon, Adam Freeman, Nicole Hickl, Tamara Hooks, Tina Jennings, Emily Lampa, Ty Mayberry, Callie Northagen, Suzanne Runyan, and Siaoming Wong — are making the journey with us to Pennsylvania, so you’ll see plenty of familiar faces, and we’ll introduce some new friends as well. Our commitment to bringing you innovative products, captivating content, and unforgettable moments is unwavering.
Thank you for being part of our HSN family. Your loyalty, enthusiasm, and trust have been the foundation of our success for nearly five decades. We can’t wait to continue this incredible journey with you from our new home. Here’s to the next chapter of the HSN story—one we’ll write together!
With gratitude and excitement,
Stacy Bowe

One thing I’ve learned in my 77 years on this earth is that nothing stays the same. I think change is wonderful – always stay open to new things and ideas. We will all be fine and don’t need to cry because of a change of a host or a company making some changes. I am sure it was after much thinking and not an idle thought on your part. I do enjoy the craft shows because I love to make cards and scrapbooks and HSN has always been the place to go for that. Will it continue?? I think it would be great but it won’t kill me if I have to shop somewhere else. The main thing is that you all get things settled the way you want and feel appreciated by us all. Best of luck to all of you and may everything go smoothly. Thank you for all you do for so many.

I have always thought HSN was so much better than QVC in so many ways. HSN seems classier when presenting a product – the product is the star, not the host! QVC spends too much time on the hosts & friends who pop in and not enough on the product. It isn’t what I watch for, it is to shop & I can’t if I don’t know enough about the product. HSN has done a great job showing shoes, clothes and other items so you can make your decision. Sometimes the camera shows too much floor and studio – they can get closer, but overall they did a great job. I hope HSN continues to show products the way they did and doesn’t fall under the way QVC works with the hosts talking to friends with giggling and conversations ( especially with Malley) rather than promoting the item. Good luck to all the hosts that made the move and to the newbies ! Continued success !

To the HSN hosts who have relocated to PA, wishing you much joy and success in your new “home”.
HSN hosts & models who have left the HSN community due to recent changes – you will be missed. May you find a new path that is “life giving” and Joyful. -
I hope they don’t start sending hosts and crew to Italy and other places like QVC does. It causes prices to escalate. Their prices on QVC have become higher than what I find out in stores, even their clearance. I quit buying their clothes especially Denim and co. HSN still has great prices on many products. Even so, both have lost the practice of what the TV shopping started for which was great prices due to no overhead. Leave HSN more like it was traditionally supposed to be – more affordable. Good luck to the new adventure. Just remember customers keep you here.

Please keep Perlier with Skip and Amanda at your new location in West Chester

First, – QVC doesn’t matchup to the current HSN quality. I hope that doesn’t change just for more profit. Buyers for HSN have proven their superior knowledge.
Second – Some of the Q hosts just talk too much. They don’t add much to the product they are selling. I hope that isn’t what they are taught to do.
Third – The Q shoes are always odd. Do you have the left shoe made in one factory and the right shoe made in another factory? HSN shoes have always fit better. I hope that doesn’t change.
Fourth – When you want to destroy your competition you buy them out. I’ve been through a buyout where employees were told nothing would change. Then everything changed. Your customers are smart.
Fifth – Charge a little more so customers get a QUALITY product.
Sixth – And then there is the subject of shipping. I think you can do better. Some other retailers have adjusted shipping costs.
Seventh – I applaud the easy-payment plan. Other companies have followed that model and it works for a lot of people.
Eighth – Good luck to all my favorite HSN hosts that truly made watching a pleasure. I love Florida, too! -
I would like to congratulate HSN on its new move to PA. I will certainly miss some of the former hosts that did make the move, but I like the new look and the new hosts on the show. We watch the show for the products and to buy and HSN continues to do a great job. So, good luck to all.

I have been a customer of HSN for 39 years. I am confused because my last two orders are been shipped from Ontario, Canada.

They are shipped from Ontario California.

I would like to thank all of the HSN hosts who made the decision to move to PA. That is a difficult decision to uproot your family and relocate to a completely different state and region of the country. I applaud you all and appreciate your courage to relocate. I may be a little biased because I live in Philadelphia, so I am SUPER excited to have you so close to home! On a sad note, I will really miss the hosts AND all of the lovely models who I grew to love over the last 20 years of being a HSN customer who made the decision to not make the migration to PA. I wish you all the very best in your future endeavors. Just a little side note to all the negative comments. Life is about change and growth. It’s the best part about being a human being. Let’s show some grace for the human race.

I have watched and been a customer of HSN for over 30 years. Our whole world is changing and I am not surprised by the move since QVC does own HSN. I will miss the hosts and most of all my favorite models Victoria, Kenya, Diana, and Ingrid. I especially loved the way they presented the clothing showing the front and back views which is important when I am purchasing an item. Also it helps tremendously to know what size the models are wearing. Please pass the information forward in the future. Good luck to going forward and much success. It was very unnecessary for those of you to make and nasty and personally nasty comments.
-
No worries! HSN will continue to be your home for the latest in Crafty finds.
-
You can shop our selection of men’s products here.
-
Will miss Amy Morrison most of all. Such a classy lady! I miss seeing Tina Jennings on the Tina and Friends morning 7-10 segment. Hope that returns. As an afterthought why aren’t men’s clothing offered on HSN? Men shop too and wives show FOR them. Good luck to all.
-
So sorry to see some of my favorite hosts not moving with you. I know money is the bottom line for any company these days. I own stock in the company so I will continue to buy Andrew’s vitamins and a few other things but sorry to see you move. If you think QVC’s technology is better, you are wrong, the camera’s are terrible at showing the products and spend too much time showing the person talking. Best of luck.

Dear Ms. Bowe,
Thank you for clarifying that HSN remains it’s own entity and that just the production has been streamlined with a consolidation of locales. I think folks thought a “merger” was taking place and that HSN would lose its identity. That said, some long term hosts, models, product line reps who cannot make the move, will be missed. Many of us also have compassion for the Florida production and call center folks, etc. who have lost their livelihood. We long-term customers certainly wish HSN the best going forward and look forward to it’s continued success and look forward to more happy shopping!!!!
