A Letter to Our Valued HSN Family
From Stacy Bowe, President, HSN Brand & US Merchandising
Dear HSN Family,
I hope this letter finds you well. As you may have heard, after 48 incredible years calling St. Petersburg, Florida home, HSN is embarking on a new adventure. We are relocating our operations to our corporate headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania, already home to our sister brand QVC. We will complete this move at the end of June.
Let me be clear: The HSN you know and love is not going anywhere. While our address is changing, the fun is here to stay. We will continue to take you on a journey, where you can embrace the new, celebrate your uniqueness, find special products that enrich your life, and of course, have tons of fun. We will continue to offer a lively, entertaining mix of hosts, celebrities and industry experts.
This move gives our team access to world-class studios and cutting-edge technology, so we can keep making your shopping experience better. We’re investing to bring you a wider variety of shows and videos in more places – including TV, social media, streaming, our own website and app, and others – more seamlessly than ever before.
Our most popular HSN programming will continue uninterrupted – we can’t wait to celebrate our 48th Birthday with you in just a few days, and we’ve got lots more fantastic events coming up! Many of our beloved hosts — Sarah Anderson, Debbie Denmon, Adam Freeman, Nicole Hickl, Tamara Hooks, Tina Jennings, Emily Lampa, Ty Mayberry, Callie Northagen, Suzanne Runyan, and Siaoming Wong — are making the journey with us to Pennsylvania, so you’ll see plenty of familiar faces, and we’ll introduce some new friends as well. Our commitment to bringing you innovative products, captivating content, and unforgettable moments is unwavering.
Thank you for being part of our HSN family. Your loyalty, enthusiasm, and trust have been the foundation of our success for nearly five decades. We can’t wait to continue this incredible journey with you from our new home. Here’s to the next chapter of the HSN story—one we’ll write together!
With gratitude and excitement,
Stacy Bowe

So sorry to see some of my favorite hosts not moving with you. I know money is the bottom line for any company these days. I own stock in the company so I will continue to buy Andrew’s vitamins and a few other things but sorry to see you move. If you think QVC’s technology is better, you are wrong, the camera’s are terrible at showing the products and spend too much time showing the person talking. Best of luck.

Dear Ms. Bowe,
Thank you for clarifying that HSN remains it’s own entity and that just the production has been streamlined with a consolidation of locales. I think folks thought a “merger” was taking place and that HSN would lose its identity. That said, some long term hosts, models, product line reps who cannot make the move, will be missed. Many of us also have compassion for the Florida production and call center folks, etc. who have lost their livelihood. We long-term customers certainly wish HSN the best going forward and look forward to it’s continued success and look forward to more happy shopping!!!! -
I love HSN, this new transition will bring NEW BEGINNINGS to some people. I’m sure measures were taken into consideration for the best . I believe we should see the positive side of every situation. Gracias!
-
I am sorry to see so many people have to lose their jobs. I will miss them especially some of the models. It is a shame and sad. I wish them good luck and success wherever they go.
-
This might not be the correct place, but I need to get this out. Why did you let Adam Freeman transfer? He is the worst, I literally can’t watch when he’s on. I change the channel so fast, I can’t listen to him. I’m so sorry Helen Kearney and Amy Morrison did not make the move. Please find a way to bring them back.
-
Good luck to all hosts who were unable to transfer to PA. I will miss you all. Stay safe.
-
I wish you nothing but the best with the merger. Some of the hosts will be missed like Marlo and Shannon Smith, Bobbi. As for myself I have been with HSN and QVC for over 20 years. Qvc has some host that just wont let the designer speak about their products like Jane Tracy and Shawn. It’s getting out of hand and when they are on I turn the TV off. Please keep Samantha Brown around and Antthony and I’ll stay around.
-
Does HSN send their hostess to acting school reason I say that the older hostess that left new how to conduct themself these new hostess are such drama queens. to much drama.
-
I feel like HSN will be lost in the shuffle. I don’t like QVC. I used to be able to buy most of my wardrobe with them and now their pricing is outrageous on way too many items. I also don’t like Shawn Killinger, since the first time I ever saw her on air. There are fewer and fewer hosts I care to listen to any either network. Hope Suzanne Runyan never leaves. She’s the best and I liken her to Kathy Levine for profesionalism and a down to earth quality I prefer in any host. I like HSN much better, it just has a better feel to it. Good luck to HSN in the future but I don’t feel like I watch as much as I used to.
-
Huge technical snafu last night. in middle of Adam doing the new TSV, the feed went from HSN to silent current viewing of QVC. lasted for many minutes. SERIOUSLY?????
my mind tells me in time we won’t notice much difference between HSN & QVC. not a fan of QVC much, and I already see in watching, the changes to how QVC does their show and broadcasting, being pushed to HSN host.
I won’t be watching/purchasing as much.
-
The HSN you know, and love is not going anywhere. While our address is changing, the fun is here to stay. We will continue to take you on a journey, where you can embrace the new, celebrate your uniqueness, find special products that enrich your life, and of course, have tons of fun. I am sorry to hear that it will not be improving and just staying the same.
You need to improve on Quality and Petites. Your clothing is not the best quality like QVC and your lack of petites is pathetic like QVC.
Maybe being in the same studio Quality Value and Customer care will rub off on you.
I love HSN but the room for improvement in quality designers like Isaac Mizrahi, Susan Graver, Kim Gravel, Peace Love World, Logo and the list goes on they do have a few bad apples, but HSN only has a couple of good ones, and the rest are bad.
The designers I mentioned make QUALITY, MODERN, FUN AND CLASSICS IN ALL SIZING PETITES AND TALLS.
YOU NEED TO SAY YOU WILL STAY THE SAME BUT WILL BE GROWING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AND MAKING A LOT OF NECESSARY IMPROVEMENTS. -
Hi, and I truly hope you’ll continue to have the Crafting Event Days, as I’m
a big fan! I know others are, too. Suzanne does a GREAT job of being the
main host on them (as well as being a great host, in general, so I’m
glad she’s still there! These crafting days inspired me to draw “Crafting Cat Cartoons,” about a
cat family that has some laughs doing arts and crafts. I try to get a new
one done for most Crafting Days, and I post them on Suzanne’s crafting
Facebook page, plus a few other places (like HSN Crafters Facebook, etc.)
We do have some fans, and if you ever need my Crafting Cats to help promote
the “new” HSN, please let me know! Also, so glad you brought Adam, Callie,
and Sarah along to host, too. Still wish you’d bring Shannon Smith back,
if she’d want to come. Crafting Cat Cartoons is also on Facebook if you
or anyone would like to see…Best of luck to all of you! 😀

I never liked Shannon. She never tells you about the product, how to clean, etc. She was selling a kitchen item and said she had recipes on her site and I searched to no avail.

I will miss all the hosts that are not going to PA. But hey I get that, and frankly they may not want to make the move after being in Florida. I appreciate the new hosts. Things will only get better.
We should not be blind to what’s going on in the market, Inflation, better prices elsewhere, stores closing, web stores shutting down. Who knew Shop HQ would close. Shop LC is now selling waaaaaay more NONjewelry items.
Thanks for the open letter Ms. Susan, and the opportunity to express our unsolicited opinions.
Frankly, I think it’s a bit disingenuous for us to gripe and complain about the merger when at least HSN/QVC are still going to be in business, and, they let us know about it. You get to choose what you watch. Don’t watch if you need to fuss.
That’s what’s wrong with us in America, complain, complain, little thankfulness.
I look forward to seeing the new hosts, the new models, the new and favorite HSN products.

I shop both HSN and QVC and have done so for over 30 yrs. The biggest positive for me is I can purchase fashion items that are different and not found elsewhere. Does anyone remember the days when if you bought more than one item going to the same address there was only ONE shipping/handling charge? When putting together an outfit of several pieces, the shipping can add up to unreasonable amounts. Then there’s that HUGE company that has free shipping where often I can get products the same or next day. My point in all this is that the powers that be need to realize the competition is eating into your profits and customer base, so changes need to be made or sadly you’ll bite the dust.
-
That Huge online company usually has free returns. They are successful because of smart marketing and understanding that customers are more savvy than they care to acknowledge.
