The absolute worse company! Can’t even pay my bill because the online website is so messed up. I have a balance of less than $200 and I never even use this card because Serious Skin Care has been discontinued.Every time I sign into the website it tells me my username and password is incorrect. I change it and then it gives me the same message. I have all of my usernames/passwords written down so I know it’s not me. I can’t even schedule a payment over the phone. I wanted to schedule 2 payments at once – can’t schedule ANY future payments. The customer service rep was of no help. Completely useless! Cant pay my account with fast pay either since you closed my account. Yay! I wouldn’t use it anyway! HSN and Synchrony makes everything so laborious and difficult. I wish so much I never opened this card. I have a feeling this company is going under anyway. With horrible customer service like this, why wouldn’t it?
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesI was very upset to find HSN has moved to using Synchrony. They have bought a lot of accounts from various retailers and lowered every account I have with them thus lowering my credit score. I have had an HSN account with $2000 limit for years and 1 month after Synchrony took over, it was lowered to $910. My JCPenney went from $2800 to $1330 and my Sam’s Club went from $2800 to $1300. I’m paying them all off and closing them. They aren’t my oldest accounts and I will open credit elsewhere.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceSynchrony Bank is the worst. When I got the alert of the change I had a feeling it was not going to be good. My limit was increase about 3 or 4 months ago fast forward to today, they decreased my credit limit to my balance amount. Keep in mind my accounts are up to date. I pay on time, been with hsn for years. I don’t like the fact that they increase your limit one month then 2 or 3 months later they decrease it. That affects your credit . Just wrong, once I pay it off I’m out. Comenity was better, hsn why

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceHello,
There are 2 pending charges with a date of December 13th for $12.69 and $5.76 on my HSN card that I do not recognize. I called Synchrony bank and was told to call HSN. Called HSN customer service and hold time is over 2 hours. Can you please let me know why these charges were authorized and for what items?
Thank you
