
Account number invalid even though I just received my bill!
I thought my account was paid in full. I just received a statement saying my account is late and I’m going to have a late fee if not paid by Jan 1. I wasn’t able to access my account even though I tried re-registering my account/card number twice. Both times I was told there is no such account! If there isn’t why is that number on my bill and says I owe $42.25? I just want to pay this account off and be done with HSN. Poor customer service.

I’m sorry you are having difficulty paying your bill. Please call Synchrony’s HSN Card Services at (844) 889-9676 for an HSN Private Label Credit Card or (844) 889-9674 for an HSN Mastercard. You can enter # to bypass the account number enter and reach the first available team member.
