Nice work HSN All you care about is taking our money. Not one word about who to contact about maintaining my account. Comenity no longer services it so it was sold to Synchrony bank.
You think an email or snail mail would be nice to notify your customers. Again with Customer NO SERVICE

I made an account with synchrony bank with my hsn card and now when I try to sign in to pay my bill it says try later. I don’t want to have to pay late just because they are having difficulties. Help!

SUNDAY, SEP 1-2019… Yeah, the girl I spoke to gave me the wrong address!

You have to go to GOOGLE and type -in : Synchrony HSN

Then scroll down a little bit until you see : Manage Your HSN Credit Card Account – Synchrony

Click on that, and it will take you to the Synchrony site dedicated to our HSN Accounts.

You will have to Register to get in. Have your HSN Credit Card number available as you will have to type that in, in order to successfully Register and get to your Account.

Since there have been so many problems with this bank, maybe everyone should get together (there is a name for it, but I can’t remember what it is right now.) and sue Synchrony Bank, just make sure you have your statements, dates they charge you late fees. What the lawyers will do is contact everyone that had/has an account Do it as a group, then one person doesn’t have to pay the lawyers, make them pay the lawyers fee. You will get your late fees back plus some. This bank is not the nicest bank to deal with. Also, if everyone could pull their account and transfer their balances to another credit card, then HSN/QVC would have to change their banks again. Of course, those who can not do this, we are the ones that are stuck and have to abide by their rules. This way Synchrony will not be getting the interest. Good luck everyone. So, far I haven’t had any trouble with them, but will be watching my account very carefully. I am sure they have someone reading this post. Saying what I have suggested I wouldn’t be surprised if they cancel my account.

HSN CARD TRANSFERING TO SYNCHRONY BANK

I am just finding out that my HSN card was change to Synchrony Bank. I will miss Comenity pay because when we had to evacuate 2 years Comenity bank gave us up to 2 months to pay on our credit card wave fees, but Synchrony bank expected that payment on time even though we were evacuated because of the hurricane. Comenity Bank had a heart, Synchrony did not care and that is the difference with the 2 banks.

Hi goldie530, sorry you are experiencing difficulties not able to access the online page to pay your bill. My issue with this bank switch is different, I did not have my account number. I had to go through hoops to get it in order to register online as both Comenity and Synchrony left me high and dry stating they do not have my HSN card number and I have to wait a month or 2 to get my new card before I can register for online access. What I did is from a credit report that I pulled last June, I had the 12 numbers at the beginning and then an old statement dated over 10 years ago had the last 4 digits. This is how I was able to register with my HSN card number which is unacceptable because during this transition no one should have been inconvenienced or should it be so difficult to pay bills online. I will definitely close my account soon. I know closing a long standing account can hurt your credit score but at this point, I do not care and I am very upset for the trouble I had during this conversion.

I would suggest to try to clear the Cookies on your device. Go to the HSN homepage, click on Account on the right side of your screen, go down to where it says HSN Card – Pay bill. Click on it and it will bring you to the Syncrony-Hsn site, click on Pay online. If you had already registered, put in your log in information. If not, click on register and again in order to do so you will need that almighty account number.

I didn’t have a problem either. I just registered using my old HSN card number. It registered my account with Synchrony and now shows the last four digits of my new account number.

If you call the number it actually says “ issuer of your hsn card through synchrony bank” I had absolutely no trouble whatsoever signing up with my old account number. I have multiple cards through synchrony. Walmart, Sams, Tjx, Lowe’s, PayPal, just to name a few and while these companies are never perfect, I am certain unless your card didn’t transfer or you don’t have the proper account information to register that link is the correct link. I have also never paid any fee to make a payment through the telephone on any of my cards with synchrony. Best of luck to everyone.

I was able to sign online with Synchrony Bank by referring back to the letter sent out by Comenity Bank this summer and using the website they provided in the letter.

I had no problem. And there is another phone number to reach them, given to be my a HSN customer service rep. That number is: 866.763.4537.

Thanks for the link, but unfortunately it’s the same one I’ve been using and I get this message each time I log in: “We’re Sorry. We apologize our system is having technical difficulty retrieving your information. Please try again later.” I cannot reach a live person at the 844-889-9676 number either. Apparently, that is for HSN customer service and not for Synchrony CS. There is also a fee to pay your bill through the automated system. After 4 days of this nonsense, I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Hopefully, that will get some action. All I know is after this experience, I’m paying off the Synchrony HSN card and canceling it. If enough people do that and it impacts their business, maybe Synchrony will get their act together and fix their website or give customers a number they can call to reach a live CSR.

First I got a call from a number I don’t recognize. I did not answer. Then I hear the message stating to contact synchrony bank for a late payment, which I could not have since I signed for autopay with HSN (comenity bank). So, I called and talked with someone who told me I now have a new account number. My balance included around $33.00 late payment to which I refused to pay. I payed my balance and the late payment was waved. I then had to register with synchrony bank and establish a new account with the new number I was given by synchrony bank. She told me I would get a new card in about 10 days. We will see.
HSN never charged taxes before, QVC has been a negative for me. I don’t use it anymore unless there is free shipping. This “corporate” decisions hurt the consumer. But greed in corporate America has no limits.

Register your new account using your old Hsn account card number if you don’t know this you will most likely have to call and pay by phone with an account representative at Synchrony the new number is 844-889-9676.

Once you set up your account online add a new checking account to make a payment.
