You can also troubleshoot by navigating our FAQ under our arcade for help, too. Perhaps there are some sort of permissions needed on your browser that keep things from displaying/working properly. Since the arcade is through Arkadium, you can reach out to them for help by clicking on Player Support at the bottom-right of this page: https://arcade.hsn.com/category/arcade
They may have some troubleshooting tips for you there. Let us know if you need any more assistance. 🙂
Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeNot at all happy with changes to the arcade. Just how does one use up over five million points in the “shop” by deadline? Won several items in the long distant past and happily told family and friends to look at HSN.com for games and products but that will end. I guess I’ll just have to be content to have several hours every night just watching TV instead of playing games. I will also save a lot of money not buying impulse items so I guess your changes will be saving me time and money. Goodbye and Thanks a bunch.

I won a prize (Perlier Royal Elixir 7 Day Treatment) on July 8 but did not hear from Prize Fulfillment. I emailed them at HSNArcadePrizeFulfillment@HSN.com on July 13 and included a screenshot of my win from the arcade winners page and my contact info, but I have not had a response.
I sent an email to HSNArcadePrizeFulfillment@HSN.com on July 13 about the prize I won on the 8th but HSN is still ghosting me.
The trivia question and notice to go to the Arcade at HSN.com was in a banner flashed momentarily at the bottom of the screen–about an hour ago–no mention by the host.

Hi @eugeniacath, I took a look at the Arcade FAQs and the information that appears on the winners’ page is not legally verified. You will be contacted via email if you are the potential winner. If we do not hear back from you within the time allotted in the Official Rules, your win will be forfeited and an alternate winner may or may not be selected.

@cynsterwytche, an email is sent to the winner and they have to fill it out. After your information is verified and you have returned the requested documentation, you will become a verified winner. You can contact the Arcade Team by going to Arcade Help and selecting question 37.

HI @hsnappawful, I understand you’re frustrated regarding the arcade, and I certainly feel your disappointment.
I did post a response earlier today regarding our arcade and our arcade vendor working to correct the issue.
I will ask once again, please refrain from name calling. It is not only inappropriate and rude, but it also is against our Community Guidelines. You can find our guidelines here.
