Yes, I’m upset that HSN hasn’t fixed this problem. It really is a disgrace. But, can’t we all voice our disappointment without being rude or foul-mouthed?

I think 16 months on my issues are more than enough time to fix these issues.🤔 Have documentation starting back 10/2019 of these ongoing problems and what has this group done to correct🤔 Sometimes you need to enforce stern comments to wake up the overall picture instead of the plain Jane comments that get NO ATTENTION. It is sad a business like the OLD HSN sold it to the QURATE GROUP which has overall ruined ARCADE and DOESN’T G.A.S. about the customer or players of Arcade. As to the Modetators in general, always the same repetitive replys no matter what the issues are, whether when emails were answered(not anymore) or on community. Maybe I am old school where results matter instead of new school of slap your hand and so what.
THIS IS A DISGRACE ON THE HANDLING OF ALL THESE ISSUES AND WONDER WHAT DO THEY HAVE UPSTAIRS TO CORRECTING THIS. 16 MONTHS AND COUNTING🤔🙄🤐

Go to Google Chrome Browser regarding Adobe Flash no longer being supported. Since mid-January. If game runs with flash it will not load w/Google

As of mid-January Google Browsers are no longer affiliated with Flash programs. That is why they don’t load. HSN needs to changed it’s dependency on Adobe Flash to run games. There used to be a prompt that asked if you wanted to load Adobe flash but that is not happening now either. Anyone wondering if this is correct go to Google Chrome site on computer and look for adobe flash – it was only active til mid-January.

i am still playing the games, I click on rewards then over to games…….it let’s me play two games without trying to load a commercial……if i go back and forth i can play the games…..funny some of the commercials play and some don’t…….this whole thing is a pain in the patootie HSN!!!!

i am on a laptop and i know different devices won’t work this way, but i swear i have made it work all day long by clicking to rewards then back to games……sometimes i have to go to another tab out of hsn and then back…..sometimes i can play game after game and then kapow it goes away ……i guess most of you are playing on your phones…….good luck

I’ve tried doing that and now it just locks with the swirling but does not download anything. I tried again and 20 minutes later it still didn’t download. I had to close not log out. I don’t get why these issues haven’t been taken care of. I’ve been dealing with it since last Wednesday.

Hi gizmo987, took the words right out of my mind🤔 This is day 6 since I posted my original message and as you can see same issues. Even Krissy(the moderators) if you call them that, deleted my post after I expressed my concerns of no communication with players them decides to repost the same , one from 3 days prior. That is all we have heard. This QURATE GROUP is only in for the $$$. Paying $2.1 BILLION for this😱

I use to really enjoy this game site but sense qvc and hsn merge it just went down. the fun just wasn’t there any more. the games want play right. the prizes where know longer great. I think they will eventually discontinue them.

Hi pinkowl623, yea it use to be fun and relaxing but not anymore. Use to have 5 pages of prizes to have a chance on winning now down to 1 pages and sorry choices. I have accumulated over a 1,000,000 tickets but what good are they is prizes are👎. Now games don’t load on my phone, everything is in extra slow motion loading if load at all. This QURATE GROUP who purchased HSN for over $2 billion has slowly ruined arcade and you think like me, just a matter of time before it is gone. This group only thought is $$$ and to heck will us players and am sure employees. Do they not realize us ARCADE players support them in purchasing products🤔 Well they have lost me buying and I am sure others too. Soooo SAD😔😔

True! Seems everyone is complaining because this has been going on for days. It started with the puzzle not working because the puzzle was never edited to accept another method when Adobe flash player ended. Not much of an excuse here, since HSN knew about this way in advance, took away many of our favorite games, and introduced other games in anticipation of this change. The new version of Trizzle still doesn’t work well going to “NAN” “no score” when you are doing well – not to mention that other games stall. This week, clearly the worse yet, the ads do not load and so the games do not load. I must say, unfortunately HSN is not the same fine company it was before it was taken over by the people who run QVC. IT’s a shame. HSN was my number one shopping channel to go to for fun along with making purchases. It’s not like we don’t expect an occasional glitch to happen in the arcade, but it is sad that there doesn’t seem to be a tech department to service the games or answer our questions. I emailed customer service and asked them to forward my questions to the “tech department”. They dis answer and said they would forward my question, but I never heard back. The old HSN always answered immediately. Sad to see the lack of communication. I miss the old HSN!

Do the tech team have any intention of fixing the games loading? EVER?? Such a waste of time fighting to get a game to occasionally load. I used to really enjoy playing etc. This doesn’t look hopeful from all the others having the same problem. Would also be nice to know if any one reads our comments!!

Yes, I have had the same issues with so many games no longer working correctly. I must confess it is the games that draw me back daily, especially since the pandemic. Remember when the prizes were plentiful and of substansive value? That dissappeared a while ago so often times I dont even sign in to play. I have also had the same less than the usual stellar experiences with HSN and what now seems like a lack of care. One example is I wrote a request for a small credit when their sytem glitched me. I was sent a broken TSV item, returned it but, when I got my exchange they charged me the full price and not the TSV price. I asked for the difference and got no response back. So I paid down my charges which would make it a simple matter when I close my account. For now I have decided to not buy anything unless it is a product I can not get some where else. I don’t mind paying a little extra for quality customer service. I’m just not willing to pay at all when I feel I have to assume the risk of diminished service. Since the take over when I get my associated catalogs I just walk them to the recyle bin. I miss the old HSN too and I am going to miss all of you. I’ve decided to just check in on Fridays to spend down my points while I hope things improve. Please keep posting to keep me up to date. Thanks everybody.
