Still Cannot Sign-in: HSN_lynne

I still cannot sign-in. HSN_regina was helpful in that it got me up and running. However, the next day the same thing re-occurred and continues today. I will not be returning to the Arcade anytime soon. Yea, I enjoyed it until this happened. This started three days ago and you can read .my initial inquiry on this page. It will give you the info you need.

Perhaps there are some sort of permissions needed on your browser that keep things from displaying/working properly. Since the arcade is through Arkadium, you can reach out to them for help by clicking on Player Support at the bottom-right of this page: https://arcade.hsn.com/category/arcade

They may have some troubleshooting tips for you there. Let us know if you need any more assistance. 🙂

  Sorry,hsn_lynne. Unfortunately that website gave me three bad bugs /viruses that disabled my computer. I could not go to any websites. Without being followed by others using SKYPE. Many years ago I had played games in A radium and had this happen. I actually thought I was safe with HSN. Guess not. I just hope that others are.not affected.
