Can I just say, the HSN app is really top notch. It’s user friendly, there’s attention to detail, the content and deals are updated daily which makes me visit often and it’s great to be able to watch demos for nearly every product. Compared to shopping apps like Amazon and even QVC its design is flawless. I find this app the most appealing and I tend to open it just out of boredom. I wish they had free shipping more often.
Posted in Forum: FashionI too am very disappointed HSN is not selling Slinky Brand clothes. I love this brand and miss them. I loved that most of their line was made in the US too. HSN should tell its loyal customers if they are carrying this line or not. I have not found another brand of clothing I love as much as this one. I do like Nina Leonard and DG2, but totally different styles. I have not been shopping as much on HSN since they discontinued not only this brand, but Liz Lange and Elysee skin care with no explanation. I’ll be looking to buy from other places as HSN doesn’t seem to be carrying much I like anymore nor will I shop on QVC.
Posted in Forum: BeautyI bought a lot more of both of these brands when they were on their other networks. There were better deals, and they had more time to talk about their products. I’ve tried other Skincare brands from the QVC empire, and end up with breakouts, or no results. I also miss Nicky Butler on HSN -beautiful jewelry, and such a charming guy. I’m paying off my easy pays, and will be shopping directly from Pro Caps, Serious Skincare, and Final Sales (Nicky Butler.) Way to up a good thing- No more shopping from TV.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI am done shopping at HSN..The CS and shipping are horrendous..I have ordered many items that took over 3 weeks to receive. The delay in refunding your account is also unacceptable. I called CS requesting a refund and was told I had to wait 6 weeks..I’m tired of the Covid excuses..when an item is shipped UPS, I have no problems.QVC is equally as bad. Been waiting for a refund for over 4 weeks. They have really gone downhill!
