I was just thinking the same. I have not seen Andrew Lessman in a studio in ages. Wondering why HSN does not insist when so many others on HSN and QVC do appear and probably have contracts to do so.
The exact same thing happened to me. Received several fashions rolled into a ball stuffed into a plastic bag. We deserve better so I finally changed my shopping habits. I now visit much better websites with more attractive fashions and much much easier returns with NO FEES! Look around, Ladies.
We all deserve better than what we are getting from HSN and QVC.
I do not watch QVC much. I mostly watch HSN. I have seen some of the QVC models in the stills for new HSN clothes. That makes me happy.

She is getting better every show. She swings her arms around a little too widely at times, which can be distracting, but it’s so much better than when she first started. Also, she has learned not to do the “claw hand” and the Vanna White presentation move anymore.Clarke – C
I have seen her twice – she seems to be the last one they will release to work on her own. I can understand why. She is extremely nervous, but she is also extremely likeable and self-deprecating (which is unnecessary). I want to see more of her. Lots of potential. She reminds me of QVC’s Julia Cearley.
I agree, HSN and QVC have changed so much they’re not even fun to watch anymore. Old lady clothes old lady shoes. There used to be a bunch of fun things to watch. There used to be a huge variety, but now you have maybe three things a day that keeps switching off. I don’t bother watching anymore it’s not any fun it’s no good, in the products are totally boring..
Can’t believe HSN and QVC have not picked up ANY of the ShopHQ hosts…. The new crop is obviously working on a large curve but even the “experienced” ones who were brand reps are still obviously nervous and need to adjust. ShoPHQ had several ready-made hosts like Erin Newburg, Fatima Cocci, Hannah Timm, Jen Vick, etc.
I do agree about this. Hardly any elbow room! It just feels and looks awkward. This is a luxury brand, they deserve a better spaceđź’— And yes QVC has the best sets!!
I totally agree about the sets for HSN. ALL their sets are plain and small unlike the sets of QVC. They seem to only have 1 set that’s changed when QVC has maybe 4 different sets and they’re all huge. So shameful of QVC to treat HSN this waly.

What a tiny space they have them in to present their products. All three do not fit behind the desk provided. So disrespectful QVC. Also the background of the sets look like QVC. Why? HSN should be different and set-apart from QVC. QVC has plenty of room on their sets. Sprawling sets. If HSN is your sister channel, don’t treat your family like that.
There was no label. QVC stopped sending them. Most orders do t have the label. I ordered 4 items in different sizes. They were all sent separately and only one had return label.
Why can’t you return the items? Package them up, use the return label, and send them back. Keep documentation in case you have to take it up with your credit card.
If QVC blocks your account, think of all the money you’ll save.
qurate destroyed HSN when they took over from Liberty Interactive. I just read that qurate retail group rebranded there name to (QVC Group) as February 24/ 2025. it seems it more about QVC but not about helping HSN at all. back in 2017 or 2019, qurate kicked joy mangano out of the building, then shut her company down. then a few years ago, joy mangano is back on HSN from her home” not on HSN studios. that tells a lot of what happened which I believe, that joy mangano sude qurate and HSN and I think qurate retail group had to pay out probably in the millions because since they kicked joy out of HSN and made her leave off of HSN , shut her company, qurate retail group had been struggling ever since they lost billions.
HSN has always charged return shipping. QVC does too. Unless an item is defective, you have to pay shipping to send it back.

The HSN website used to be really good. Now it has slowed down to a crawl like QVC’s website. Please fix it! Thank you!
