HSN! Change your business practices!
I am so disappointed in the manner in which my orders have been shipped. For example, today I received a dress that was too small for the plastic bag in which it was shipped. I received it all bunched up like a football. What happened to the days when clothing had cardboard to help keep its shape during the shipping process. There was always tissue paper where the item was folded, and items were shipped in a cardboard box. I called CS and asked to speak with a supervisor. She sounded defensive when I nicely expressed my concerns, and tried to tell me that other companies ship clothing items in plastic bags. Coincidentally, I received a dress today that came in a cardboard box from another vendor. It was also hung on a hanger,and arrived in perfect condition, as opposed to my HSN dress which arrived in a hot mess. Is this the new norm?

Not blaming anyone, but I received my Christy Brinkley sweaters and scarves in a mess in a plastic bag. My orders from businesses outside of HSN, from “JJ”, come nicely folded, wrapped in paper, and arrive very nicely packaged. Do the vendors have any say in how their products go out at HSN? I have noticed more plastic than boxes used lately.

QVC is the culprit.I shop both channels and always have. I order from both and have ordered Barefoot Dreams and Dennis Basso jackets for over $100 and they are now smushed in a plastic bag.Now all HSN items are shipped in cheap plastic, too small packages like QVC. You often get creased items. HSN use to be different but now they are the same.

The exact same thing happened to me. Received several fashions rolled into a ball stuffed into a plastic bag. We deserve better so I finally changed my shopping habits. I now visit much better websites with more attractive fashions and much much easier returns with NO FEES! Look around, Ladies.
We all deserve better than what we are getting from HSN and QVC. -
I hope you are correct. I recently received a box with 2 items in it. One was an expensive piece of clothing, the other had liquid in it. Sad to say, there wasn’t any stuffing in the package, and during shipping, the jar opened and leaked out. Why would they ship two disparate items in the same box? I called HSN and CS supervisor agreed with me. I received a refund.

Maybe when plastic bags are outlawed, cardboard boxes will return.

Last winter I ordered a long formal gown with all sequins from the Nordstrom site, it came same way in a very flimsy small plastic bag all folded up, I certainly expected better from Nord. so if HSN is no better it does not surprise me.
