The TSV daily puzzle is missing also. No one ever responds to our posts about the arcade, and it’s because of the arcade I spend thousands of dollars on HSN because it’s not carried by the cable tv service here. I see things while I am playing games and make purchases, if there were no games, I wouldn’t be buying, I’m sure it’s the same for many others.

@lisa1028 …….No, I am not an employee of Skinn Cosmetics or HSN. Just a consumer. I have been shopping with HSN for 20+ years. I just don’t understand the personal attacks on the Vendors when one is speculating and doesn’t have the real facts or know the Vendor on a personal level. So much ugliness in the Forums now-a-days. I guess that’s the way of the world. So sad. I remember the Live Chat on the HSN App. So much fun posting and enjoying each other’s posts. Then it got ugly and they had to take it down. I see that happening in the future with the HSN Community too. “Merry Christmas to everyone”. 🎁🎄🥰

Posted in Forum: ElectronicsI ourchased the zvok omni sound bar as the todays special at least a year ago today the remote does not work There is no trouble shooting to see what might be wrong have tried two new sets of batteries I contacted the compay and I told them my Samsung TV remote is at least 5 or 6 years and it still works he says it happens. I have to buy one for 15.00 I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING LARGE FROM HSN I WILL BUY LOCAL SO I CAN GO INTO THE STORE

You people are unbelievable! First I order the BearPaw Phoebe Suede Boots in Wine, which typically is a reddish-purple. When I received them they were purple, not Wine but Eggplant purple. Then I exchange them for Hickory since Black was sold out and I was told likely would not come back in stock. When I received them it could not have been more obvious they were used/previously returned boots. Customer Service said I could exchange them for a Black, even though there is an “one exchange per order policy”, which they followed up with trying to swindle more money out of my father by trying to get me to add more products to the order they KNEW was charged to his card. When I refused I suddenly was not allowed an exchange anymore, and was told a second order would have to be placed. Otherwise I would have to return the first order, wait for a refund and then place another order.
So my father puts a second order on his card, tying up money on TWO pairs of boots because HSN refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Then they did not even ship the second order until the used boots were practically on their doorstep. But to really top it all off, I received the second order yesterday and AGAIN was sent used/previously returned boots!
HSN is doing this purposefully because there is absolutely no way the others could have been mistaken for new, and two out of three pairs is by no means a mistake. Letting people believe they are getting a new product and knowingly sending a used product is not only not right, it is NOT legal!

Please bring back more Soft and Cozy throws, preferably the plush ones into the New Year. I need ones for housewarming gifts for families moving into their first home. Some pretty colors/patterns for the children and adults. Winter last a long time in several of the states and this is such an appreciated gift. I’ve ordered several for Christmas, but need continued supply into the New Year for upcoming occassions. In my opinion, Soft and Cozy is a welcomed universal gift that can be enjoyed throughout the year. Thank you for your assistance.
I really do think that most who watch cooking shows have cooked for years and know how to store and how to keep their foods. My grandmother, great-grandmother kept a big can of used grease on her stove and cooked with it on a daily basis. We’re all still walking…….😱 I don’t understand why there are so many negative posts and personal attacks on so many threads. The HSN Forum has gotten really ugly. It’s really really sad. 😢

Hi ChicagoShopper and welcome to Community. I find that sending an e-mail to customer service works well. It sure saves waiting time on the phone. Another way is to use the Customer Service Thread within Community for any questions or refunds. The Mods have been with HSN for quite a while and they are extremely helpful. Normally, if the item is being returned because you do not like it, or isn’t a good fit, you pay for the return shipping. If the item is broken, torn, etc., there is no charge for shipping. However, I am not sure of this new ownership and what they would normally do to satisfy the customer. Under the previous owner, Barry Diller, he would absorb the shipping costs if it was defective. They also changed this to no more than 5 or 6 returns for the year would get the free shipping. As far as the new bank goes, I have not had a problem with them. As long as you pay your bills on time you should not have any problems with interest. Another side of Synchrony is that they also do the charges for the TJX Companies (Homegoods, TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, etc.). The bank, or any bank, for that matter, is only as good as their employees. Have a person on the other end of the line who doesn’t know the answer, is somewhat snippy, is not good for public relations and I can see why a customer would like to go elsewhere.
I also read that you would love to talk with the hosts especially when you have the product and you can attest to it. Seems most of the customers today are using Facebook to ask questions and to give information on the product. There is also a chat line and that number is shown on the computer on the live screen (or used to be). When you call in a customer service rep will ask certain questions and then will put you in a hold position for the host. In the old days, the customer service rep would ask if you wanted to speak to the host pertaining to your purchase of that item.
I hope this answers some of your concerns. Don’t be afraid to ask.
