Why does QVC have such an awful set-up for the guests on the HSN set. Watching Perlier with Skip and Amanda and host Tamara (as well as other presentations). What a tiny space they have them in to present their products. All three do not fit behind the desk provided. So disrespectful QVC. Also the background of the sets look like QVC. Why? HSN should be different and set-apart from QVC. QVC has plenty of room on their sets. Sprawling sets. If HSN is your sister channel, don’t treat your family like that.
Posted in Forum: BeautyI’ve shopped for years with hsn and q vc, and i’ve noticed that all the entrepreneurs follow the same pattern: They introduce a new product at a reasonable price, then, after they’ve built a good following, the price goes up, the quality goes down and the size gets smaller. I’m very disappointed with Skinn products and I buy very little on these channels anymore.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI purchased an IMAC from HSN. I contacted HSN to ensure the computer would not be left outside. I was assured it would not be left outside and I would receive a note from UPS then I could contact them for delivery. I arrived home and the computer was left outside in the extreme Texas heat. I documented it and contacted HSN to inform them of the damaged computer. I wanted to return it, so they stated they would send me a return receipt they also stated I wouldn’t have to pay to return. Well they did not mail me the label just a letter that stated to follow the packaging instructions. I did as stated and left the computer at UPS and received a Drop-off Package Recipt. I contacted HSN and they told me that I should have paid for the return. I told them I had already left the package at UPS, with proof I dropped it off and I didn;t expect to pay to return it as that was what I was told. Even on their website it states 2 options to return the package. I do not have the Imac as UPS has it and I am out $824.00. HSN is being difficult with this return and I am just a consumer who ordered a computer; it was not my fault that UPS left it outside in the heat and HSN expected me to pay to return shipping and refused to send me a label. The order is not listed on my profile so I cannot check the status of my refund.

Please be aware a lot will jump ship if either of those exist. Bad business HSN. We are smart enough to get the info if we want or need it. Stop this nonsense please.
Posted in Forum: JewelryI hate when the host cutts off the person presenting thier designs. Let Jay King finish ONE sentence. He has been on for years, much longer than this host. He knows how to sell his jewlery. I want to know the story where it came from how rare it is etc. HSN can save money by not having as many hosts especily the ones like this one – just run a scroll at the bottom of the screen with how many are sold, how many are left, time left, sold out etc. Keep the few good ones you have and jetson the others in favor of the designers themselves.

You have used some reeeealy bad models in the past… makes me not want to buy anything, let alone watch, when models are so obviously trying too hard, or just plain too full of themselves.
