Yes, why didn’t they just leave well enough alone?. No volume icon. No sound. I have to go on the downloaded App icon for HSN to get any sound on the new Heidi Daus Presentations. As someone was saying, what the heck is going on with the little square video down at the bottom left-hand corner?? Just put it back the way it always was so you’re not aggravating your customers.

C Wonder was an affordable stylish clothing line started by Tory Burch’s ex-husband, Christopher. Xcel got it through bankruptcy and hired Christian Siriano as it’s creative director. It’s now basically a stylish affordable private label brand only for HSN. Perhaps, Christian is focusing his creative efforts his designer and couture lines and that is why they hired Ken Dowling as the line’s director and on air representative for C Wonder. Ken is very respected in the industry and I really enjoy his on air styling and restyling of the models in real time. He spruces them up and gives us ideas that the production stylists cannot.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceAs of today, I am done. I’ve always liked HSN. However, I found out that they are now selling Trump coins. After what this monster has done to my country, I am not going to support a company that is honoring this wretched individual. I may order Beekman 1802, but that’s it, and if I can find better prices on their website, I will go that route. Either HSN and Qvc have gone over to the Darkside, or they are just trying to get as much money as they can before the ship completely sinks. I have a feeling that soon none of us will be ordering from them.
