I’m experiencing the same regarding reviews, and it’s the first time I’ve seen HSN omit the more negative reviews and publish only the more positive reviews. Some of us rely on reviews to make decisions about buying. I’ve noticed those new “stars only” reviews, which are not helpful.
HSN, publish ALL the reviews or don’t post any.

There was also a fun vibe that can’t be replaced. The hosts and models seemed like friends not just people peddling merchandise.
