Valerie was the thirstiest host at HSN, she preened, pawed at her clothing, twirled around and always put herself with the models – repeatedly reminding the universe that she was a size 0. Her love for monitor gazing and being enamored with her own reflection was over the top and too much to watch. I never enjoyed her host style and find her a thoroughly useless addition and waste of a Quarate paycheck.
I say this about all of that – no one cares. We care about product info. We care about efficacy. We care about price and customer comments. We care about all of it, we don’t care for interruption, bragging or watching someone be rude to product creators or hosts.
The high cost of returns has been mentioned several times on this forum. I’m not sure what’s going on with HSN, but $20 is outrageous.
I too will NEVER AGAIN order from HSN. I unfortunately ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Original order total for both was $97.94. I used the quick return label because it made it seem the returns would be around $7.50. They were shipped in one box and returned in the same box. I just had an email this morning that my account was credited for $76.99. I cannot believe I lost $20.99 JUST TO TRY ON TWO PAIR OF SHOES THAT WERE UNCOMFORTABLE. This is utter nonsense and why HSN (and QVC) have lost me and many others as customers. I will stick to brick-and-mortar stores, online stores with free shipping and returns or Amazon for my shopping needs. Amazon returns ARE FREE AND CONVENIENT. My account gets credited the same or next day. BYE BYE

I love Skip and Amanda but not these two. Nasal and squeaky!!!! hsn can and should do better. Think if you customers that have to listen to them.
Finally feeling better. I had to phone the doctor’s office today since it hit the stomach along with a slight fever and chills. They phoned me a few hours ago to say “Please do not come in. This is a virus thing that seems to be making the rounds.” That made me feel a bit better about not being with hubs. I did manage to do this and that and to put things in the Recycle bin for Monday. I will do the garbage part Sunday and both will be at the curb as I leave to see hubs.
Sort of surprised that the new items have not been posted to Heidi’s thread on HSN. I hope she is still planning on returning in August, though that could be questionable. I have no idea how things are going with QVC and HSN. July is the birthday month for HSN. I think this year will be their 49th birthda if all is well.
We have had some rain and wind. The wind was something else. This was one time I was thankful for having both feet on the ground rather than swaying on a cruise. Still too cloudy for the stars or moon. Take care and enjoy the walk with Poppy later. I know the animals are all fed and happy.
I agree if they feel they will keep getting free products they will keep up with the positive reviews I always thought the customer picks were on the up & up I never knew they were receiving free products.
Also, a lot of Nakery’s positive reviews for some of her awful products are not HSN customers they are AI generated reviews.
They are probably welcomed to come back but they choose not to they live in Florida and HSN is not going to pay their way back & forth forever maybe for a short time. I missed their blond petite model from Florida that they used once in a blue moon because they don’t always have petites. She was great an excellent model. I don’t care for any of their new petite models at all there is one with long dark hair she is awful as a model the blond actually looked like a model and everything looked good on her she was 5’2 pretty and a nice figure. The one they have on today is 5’3 and always looking at herself in the monitor/camera she is awful.
