I saw hubs today and I was forewarned that he was coughing up a storm. When I arrived, I was appalled on how filthy his room was. There was food under the bed, the side of the bed. The tray table was lopsided, but according to the Aide, nothing wrong. Hmm….The receptionist remarked that the virus that started about a month ago was making its rounds again. Meanwhile, the A/C wasn’t working and it was quite warm and muggy. I wonder when was the last time that the vents had a good cleaning. I was not at all happy and since no one was around, guess I will make an early stop on Monday and voice my concerns. I now wonder if the virus is actually a sinus reaction. Not good.

It rained most of the day with temps in the mid 70s to low 80s. The plants are happy. Tonights temp will be the low to mid 60s. You may say that Fall is in the air. But knowing how the weather changes in Florida, I surmise this will be short lived. There is still some humidity, but no where the way it was. This is manageable. Tomorrow I will get things ready for garbage Monday including the recyclables.

I hope your niece will have time to enjoy her new home and to be settle before hubby returns. A new, exciting life awaits. Take care and have an enjoyable evening.

We do have temps in the 30’s and it’s better than having full blown snow
I think that honor goes to Montana and it is snowing like cray cray there.

I am covering my plants and flowers this is a two day freeze starting tomorrow and
than we are back in the 60’s and 50’s Mother Nature does what she wants to do. 😎

Sis is fixing healthy meals for her and no one knows more about Chemo than my sister.
This is just round one of four so my family are in for a ride.

I Like your hobby with Art. The print/picture is very interesting. The original was painted on a wall in a chapel in Italy. Apparently it was plastered over, and the place turned into a prison. The picture/print is probably not that valuable but its history may be more interesting.

problem with that.

My sister landed in GA from Colorado to be with her daughter. My niece is still having
issues with the Chemo I know in time it will get easier. The family is taking turns being
with her. How can a young woman in her 30’s get this awful disease I would not wish
on anyone. I went through it and you have good and bad days. That’s Life!

I don’t want to burden you with my family health problems we are good. 🎈

I want your husband to come home and that’s enough for you to deal with.

Having some issues with hives and eczema. The sinus meds are a big help, but it does make you sleepy and driving a hazard. Consequently, did not see hubs. I surmise this being sinus season, the reason why everything is happening all at once. Best part, this too shall pass.

Your sister making it to Georgia from Colorado will be a huge help with your niece’s recovery. At least she is now in better hands. I hope she is drinking a lot of liquids. From what I understand, it is the best way to rid the body of the chemo.

We are again in a dry spell. The drought will get worse. However, I hope we can snag some rain next month and through December. Our next period of rain won’t be until the end of winter. I used the hose on the container plants. All plants in the front of the house are no longer around.
I ordered some plants from Amazon and they are doing OK. I will give them a good watering tomorrow. Friday is the only day to do this. Our temps during the day have been in the mid 80s to 90 something. Yes, we still have that awful “H” word, humidity. The A/C at the rehab is not in good working order. I could not wait to get into the car and enjoy some A/C.. I just hope they find a good technician who knows what they are doing. I am also surprised that the maintenance people do not clean the vents or do a thorough cleaning of every room which would include the dressers and closets. This was done on a regular basis in Savannah when hubs was in rehab.

Here is to a better tomorrow. Enjoy your evening and a walk with Poppy and hubby. Geez, 30 degrees in October…..Unheard of.

Sheba, Hello! Interesting what you said about your voice. It’s hard to know how we sound to others. I am always told I speak very softly, but in my head my voice is loud. I don’t understand why. Recently my hairdresser said the same thing. Why does my hubs always say I’m yelling then 🙂 Maybe he’s special!
Hubs heard a Coyote pack being very loud around 4am as for me, well, I slept through it. They are all over all times of the day and night now. I know they have rounds and generally go through my area after dark. The Neighbor has an apple tree out front that they like for snacks.
As for one of the pictures, I’m waiting to hear back about it.
Sorry your niece is having some issues with the chemo. I’m sure she is getting monitored for it and wish her the best.

Good Evening my sister her mother is there with her she landed from Colorado this
morning and niece is doing fine. Everything is day to day this was her first round of
Chemo and it’s no joke as she said. Niece plans on going to her students on Monday. 💕
Niece told me next round of Chemo she is taking a week off.

through. 😎

iI think the last time I said hello was Monday. Tuesday, while in the shower, I reached for the shampoo and doing so, twisted the wrong way. Pain in my knee and side excruciating. Staying in bed helped. Yesterday I had problems with the computer, landline and cell. After nine hours trying everying, finally gave in and contacted Spectrum. They are in the midst of updating their internet, and that was the reason why nothing worked as it should. I unplugged everything and went to bed early. Today I was supposed to have a beauty appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told that it was cancelled due to illness. That was the third and final thing, I hope. I will be contacted with a new appointment. At least that’s the plan.

I know you have labs this week and I have no doubt that everything will be 100% and then some. Our Lessman vitamins sure help and I am not saying this lightly. I am finding that the Immune ones are fantastic. I am wondering if that is the reason my back and knee are beginning to feel better.

I did see hubs today. He was half on and half off the bed. Best part. He was able to move on his own. However, he did start coughing again. Wonder if the grapes I brought didn’t help the situation. I stopped. This is a learning thing for me and I hope I won’t be hindering anything when he comes home. This is a huge question and it’s very scary. Yes, I will have help. I’m hoping it will be the right ones.

Oodie thank you for asking about my niece her first Chemo knocked her out and she
was in bed today the Chemo was on Friday. Niece said chemo is no joke! My sister
her mother will be there in the morning she is flying from Colorado to GA. My sister
whom you know is a cancer survivor herself and still having treatments after all these
years is bringing everything she needs and she has energy I envy so we have lots of family
there in GA so many hands are on Deck. My sister use to live in GA so she also have friends
there. 🎈 This has been a tough year for my family but we are still moving. 💕

Oz had a very loud and long thunderstorm last night. I went to bed and let mother nature

Oz had a thunder storm last night I had to log off quick. I now have a second yellow
flower that came during the night in the storm I am taking pictures as receipts I want
to show this to my family. 💕 I made sure all the cats were fed even the possum.

I always take a can of fresh food to Kitty Kitty the little black cat I have had for over three years.
Miss Kitty scared him off but he showed me where he lives and it’s in my friends backyard
under evergreens and he has been going there for years at night. 💕All of the animals know
my voice I have a unusual voice been told that my whole life. Vert soft and clear. 💕
Kids in grade school use to ask why do I sound like that I did not know what to say so I
said this is how I talk. My own family even ask why I sound the way I do. Go figure.

Keep looking at your mother’s things I always liked her taste. 💕Taci to me it would be an
adventure you never know what you may find.😎
