Hi, and thanks for your response. HSN knows its own business practices, whether it uses AI or humans to read reviews and decide whether to post, whether it accepts stars-only reviews from other retailers, etc. It doesn’t matter at all what browser, etc., each of us uses. Whatever we customers do on our end has little if anything to do with whether a positive review is published and a negative review is excluded.
All of my reviews (for the past many years) have ALWAYS been published UNTIL the last month or two when I happened to write a more negative review because the presentation lacked any information about size and fit. And this was about the same time we started seeing “stars-only” reviews, which are totally useless. (A one star OR five stars review is meaningless without explanation.)
So, I’m not sure where HSN is going with this new approach to reviews, but it’s very disappointing. I depend on the reviews for my decision making, and I try to contribute quality observations when I write one myself, but HSN’s new approach has had a chilling effect on my motivation to continue to submit reviews.

I’m experiencing the same regarding reviews, and it’s the first time I’ve seen HSN omit the more negative reviews and publish only the more positive reviews. Some of us rely on reviews to make decisions about buying. I’ve noticed those new “stars only” reviews, which are not helpful.
HSN, publish ALL the reviews or don’t post any.

Today I received DG2 white denim jacket with a large lemon on the back. I’m returning USPS after the Holiday. Please waive my return shipping fees to return the picking error. Thank you.
