I am surprisrd they paired them together after the way Diane treated Susan 4 weeks ago….they need to be a little better collaboration between the the host and the vendor….speaking over each other and the off the cuff comments shows the lack of professionalism it detracts from from giving us the viewer/consumer the shopping experience….shopping has lost its appeal to me, between seeing this going on and several of my designers not coming back or HSN not being transparent about the the changes (Iman) HSN will lose customers..I know I havent purchased anything in the last few months!
I agree with you 100 percent I have been with HSN for years and since the change my credit limit went from 1500 to 100 because I was told they did a random credit check and do to my credit score they had to lower my amount I have never been late with a payment nor have I ever missed a payment always paid early.. so I owe them 65 as of today once I pay them I will just go elsewhere. and shop. thou I like there deals I don’t feel I was treated fairly.
I agree with you also I really liked Robin, Brett. and Connie so very sorry they are gone !!! the tv sets are not inviting or pretty I really started to notice about last fall and especially last Christmas !!!! Its such a shame QVC managed to buy them out ! HSN was a delight not NOW SINCE QVC GOT INVOLVED !
Yes same here!!! My cl was $2200 has been for 2 years I always use my hsn card have never went over owing $400 they dropped my cl to $500 ! I’m furious! Now it looks like I’ve maxed out my hsn card when I have not I have been very careful not to ever go over $400!
I just spent over 40 minutes on the line with both banks and NOBODY including their managers on both sides can give me my account number in order to register. I was told there is NO WAY I can register because I do not have the HSN number that was with Comenity Bank and I do not have a statement because I get online statement, paperless statements. and I do not have my actual card as this account was opened a while ago. Now, I have to wait for September or October to get a new card and in the mid-time, I will not be able to access my account online or pay my bill online.
This is totally ridiculous. None of those genius that decided to switch bank did not think that some people do not know their account number? any just one way of registering is so not forward thinking and very ancient way of doing things in this century when technology is so advanced. Again, why am I surprised? HSN has gone downhill since the QVC executives took over. We should just wait for the day that it will be announce that HSN is closing entirely.

That’s a great question @marandaco! You would use your existing HSN Credit Card information to set up an account online. Once you receive your new card, your card information will automatically convert to your new card number.

Hi @mateenah100, you should be able to set up your online account by going to HSN.SYF.com and using your HSN Credit Card information. If you have the HSN Mastercard, you would have to activate your new card first before setting an account up.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceSo do we use our existing HSN account number to register at Synchrony, because they say we are getting a new card and account number sometime in September, but what about payment due before then, can we pay online aftering registering 0n 8/26 and use our existing HSN account number? This is very confusing and not enough explanation. I did get a letter in mail a while ago saying after 8/23 would not be able to access our Comenity account online, and on 8/26 to register online at hsn.syf.com, and new cards and account number would be issued sometime in September, but just wondering if I use my existing HSN account number while registering on 8/26 at hsn.syf.com?
