Was trying to order and said I had unpaid flex pay. First Lady put me through to a customer service rep who told me a flex pay was refused. My Hsn card was paid up to date. She said I was responsible for each single flex pay which I said they are handled by synchrony (Hsn card). She said that’s different. On and on in a heated discussion while she “explained” what flex pay was. I asked then why isn’t a separate entity billing me? I’ve been doing this for a long time and this has never happened. So I went to a third person (Synchrony) who said my account was up to date. She then put me back to yet another rep who said there was a glitz in the system and I was the 6 th person to call. 4 people, 30 minutes of frustrating calls, but lady #2 from hsn customer service was so rude and confusing.
Why would I want to continue with such frustration? Literally was told I needed to view each flex pay to make sure they were being paid on time. Really?????Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI placed an order on 11/9. It said extended delivery so I wasn’t expecting to get it quickly. I was pleased when I saw that it had moved to the “packaging” status but it’s been like that for a week. Then, after checking my HSN card/Synchrony account I see that the first payment (Flexpay) was already charged on 11/14. Usually I do not get charged until the order says it’s been shipped and tracking info is available. Why am I being charged so far in advance? And yes, the charge went through – it is not just “pending”.

After making a purchase and paying in full SYNCHRONY bank is harassing me every day by phone , emails and by mail claiming I haven’t payed. I call HSN they see I paid in full and tell me to deal with the bank. Costumer service please deal with the bank, clear with them . I CLOSED MY CARD and if this is not cleared soon I will never shop here again.

My credit limit was decreased without warning after I returned the majority of an order, sorry DG2 you don’t fit as well and consistently as you used to. Then I made my last payment on the balance and suddenly now my account is closed. I called and was told they ran my credit with Transunion and because of inquires I no longer was credit worthy. Has anyone else experienced this? Since the switch to Synchrony the HSN card is horrible! I just hate losing the history.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceYet HSN/Synchrony CLOSED my account without notice. The balance was -0- My credit limit was $2000.00. This adversely affects my scores! I had been using other ccs to live for a few months due to the pandemic and the financial hit my business took. But I recently paid down my cc balances. Yet these jerks must have checked my credit scores prior to my paying down my balances. I will NEVER SHOP WITH HSN OR QVC AGAIN.
