I couldn’t order anything during Jay Kings show last night. And my purchases would not move to check out. It just said “ we’ll be Mack eatch HSN TV what is up with that?

In the recent few months you cannot click on the 1, or 2 stars to read the ‘cons’ of a product. Sometimes the 3 star won’t reveal the actual review of the purchaser either.
It only populates the reviews that reflect 4 or 5 stars. WHAT IS HAPPENING??

I bought a stereo system. I was so excited and happy to buy one I hve waited along time to save up and finally get one. Well I ended up finding out about the flex pay option and was very excited and looking forwrd to finally buying myself something. I bought it I had to intially put money towards it first to get the flex pay so I did the down payment HSN asked for then I waited 2 weeks and finally got it in the mail. I opened it up and soon as I took it out of the box the one speaker had a raddle in it like something was broken inside but I ignored it anyways s I was just very excited to finally get it so I put together and all seemed ok then about a week later all of a sudden the power just stopped working in it wouldnt turn on nothing I tried different plug outlets and nothing no power to it. So I contacted HSN about this and Customer service told me that they would issue me a replacement and to just use the box the new one comes in to send the old one back, and to use the shipping label and I could get it picked up from where I lived. Well I finally recieved the new stereo almost 3 weeks later when I went to go ship it back and have it picked up UPS wouldnt come get it unless I paid 20 bucks for them to pick it up and I couldnt understand why as HSN told me all I had to do was schedule a pick up well anyways it ws a nightmare sending it back as I live in the middle of nowhere and dont have a car right now. So I got the new stereo and was happy to finally get my stereo I get this one out of the box get it all hooked up and put together used it one time for anout 30 mins, then 2 days later I go to use it again and the subwoofer would not kick on in it at all and I just was baffled as like what the heck man I in total waited over 5 weeks and still I dont have a working stereo I paid money down on it made 1 payment already nd still no working radio. So again I reached out to Customer service through live chat and asked the lady to please either refund me or could she work with me on getting another stereo a different brand slightly a bit more expensive and I did not mind paying the little extra but would she work with me on something since I have recieved 2 different stereos and niether of them would work and was faulty. I thought maybe there would be a chance they would want to keep my business but I was wrong the lady was rude with me and said no sorry we will just refund you your money back ship back the stereo once we get the stereo back expect your refund in your bank within 3-5 days and have a great day. Well its been 2 months and I returned the stereo and never got a refund, I am still being charged for the payments on the stereo which is crazy as I shipped it back and dont have the radio anymore and I never ws refunded the money and so I stopped the payments from being taken from my account as to why should I have to pay for something I never was able to keep and dont have and returned and then I never got my money back for the down payment I made and the one payment I made on it. All I wanted was a working stereo for myself. It has been such a very bad experience and still to this day nothing has been done on getting me my money back or nothing. I cant believe they would not work with me so I could get a different brand stereo it was so rude and nasty I will tell everyone I know about this. I can not believe you sell faulty products and make your customers pay for something that was junk and then I do what you say and return the item and then I dont ge tmy money back and you still charge me for something I do not have. That is very very bad business and I am so disappointed. I expected so much more from this company and I am just shocked at how you treat your customers.. Something needs to be done about this.Posted in Forum: HSN TV1–27–26 Hello– Tina Jennings is almost never on the air –on HSN– since the move from Tampa !! Her scheduled Tuesday night show is never on. She is not on a regular weekday morning schedule either. Also Tina seems very different in West Chester than in Tampa. In Tampa she was funny, buoyant high energy, sassy, confident, fun–in West Chester she seems very scripted, submissive, seems tentative, and does not have her trademark spark. I liked her work in Tampa very much—her work in West Chester seems totally different. What do you all out there think ?
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesI purchased a Wagner steamer the other day. Seemed like a reliable named product. Box arrived and opened to find the product not wrapped like it should be—the plastic bags lose in the box and item not arranged like should be coming from the factory. I saw that I had to return it myself—no return shipping label–which means will be pricey. I called customer service and they said that Wagner only does return labels for an exchange! I said why would I want another from this company when they apparently were trying to pawn off a “used” or at least opened item? Got nowhere with cust service even though I’ve been a loyal customer for decades. I went back and checked the video demo and the written description–nowhere does it warn buyers that a return has to be paid by buyer. Deceptive marketing for sure! BUYER BEWARE.
