Sharif purse- Leather Peeling- how to repair

I too am sad that the Sharif purse is peeling! I love the styles and colors and prints! However, the painting is peeling/lofting off the purse. Has anyone repaired the leather. Has another sort reimbursement for the purse.

I purchased all 3 colors. The Orchid, Gold & the Black Sharif Legacy Bedazzled Guitar Strap Leather Crossbody Bag item #901-522. I absolutely LOVE them all. Unfortunately, I am experiencing something strange. The color is wearing off on both the gold and the orchid. I haven’t even used the black yet. I’m too afraid to. The bags are in NY, (not humid). I am super gentle & careful. I never put them on the floor. It’s like the color is just disappearing from spots, leaving a look of worn off. This ALL after only 5 or 6 gentle uses. My daughter is having the exact same problem with these exact pocketbook, the GOLD & the Orichid too. She got hers before thanksgiving though. But still in less than 2 months ! I hate to return them, as I love them ! Anyone else having this problem ? Any input from Sharif designs or HSN ?

  I am so sorry there is a problem with item 901522 Sharif Legacy Bedazzled Strap Leather Crossbody Bags. That is not the experience we want you to have. Regrettably, the bags do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The best course of action would be to take advantage of our Holiday return policy. “Most items purchased between September 19 and December 24 can be returned as long as the item is postmarked by January 31, 2026.” Please let me know if you need any return labels.

I too have many Sharif bags from long ago Never had a problem with any of them. I will be following how this is resolved.

I am sorry to hear this about Sharif bags. I have bags from years ago that are still going strong. I hope this is not an indication of the quality going down. I hope you get a resolution to your problem.

CherylS9, Sharif has a website and you can fill out the ‘contact me’ section. Google Sharif handbag repairs. I am not sure I am allowed to post the outside website. It comes right up.
I think its worth a try to request the repair.
