App not working

I couldn’t order anything during Jay Kings show last night. And my purchases would not move to check out. It just said “ we’ll be Mack eatch HSN TV what is up with that?

What is going on with the silent videos? I hate when you click to watch you don’t get the sound of the videos.

I’m sorry for the difficulties with the app, my suggestion would be to delete and reinstall the HSN app as often your phone software may have a minor/major update and our app will need to be updated to catch up. I would also suggest trying to view our site from a different device or a different browser as often anti-virus or VPN software updates can cause technical issues as well. I hope this helps!

Mine isn’t working either, HSN you need to fix this. This has been going on for the past few months. One day it works the next day it doesn’t.
