I read everything and the labs are near perfect. I am a happy camper because
like all things I do even this thread I work hard at it. 😎I need to increase my steps
to my satisfaction that means more walking and the season is perfect after this week.

The taxes will be mailed tomorrow. One company did not come through and I sent the info to our accountant. No rest for the weary. Glad I remembered what I needed.

Now off to a shower and on to Sam’s for gas and to pick up take out for dinner at the Rehab. Both Sams and Costco have gas for $3.79. Gas stations are now over $4. YIKES

email that Sam’s membership is going up. I have free shipping and delivery so it’s

I hope your husband gets stronger everyday.

I would bring my Clean Boss to wipe down everything in that room. HSN has it on
special again and it is worth every penny. I am using it today and I have all my
windows open yeah it’s a bit strong but at least the germs are gone. 😎

Love the floral bouquet. Their fragrance will permeate the house on this humid day. Well, truth be told, if I close my eyes the scent is everywhere. And, the sinuses are fine.

I am taking a break from doing the taxes. Hopefully, it will be done and out of here by tomorrow and on to the CPA. Normally, it takes just a few hours, but there was a question that could only be answered online. Getting into the website took hours.

Hubs was awesome yesterday. I did not see him today, but will tomorrow. I will be making a stop at Costco and the Farmer’s Market Wednesday. The hip is OK. I can now bend and walk up and down the outdoor stairs without cringing. I will wait until the weekend to start walking again and I will not be overdoing it. I need to get the legs and body in shape. Too much sitting, not good (LOL).

I was in the kitchen last night and there were items on the floor that I haven’t been able to pick up. So I gave the old college try and for the first time in over three months I was able to bend the knees and do a pickup. No need to use the broom and scooper. A huge smile to finally say that I am almost back to my old self. It felt good.

I arrived home about a half hour ago after visiting hubs. The weather was dark and dismal most of the day and I am not sure if there was even a raindrop in sight. However, the lower back gave me a problem and the forecast is for rain the next three days starting today. I will not be holding my breath. Rain promise. Rain disappoints. Leaving the rehab, I had left the key to the car on the counter while signing out. The aide called to me immediately and returned to take it from her. The wind has picked up. It actually felt cool, though the temp is in the low 70s.

Hubs is off the oxygen and he was able to enjoy the sunshine yesterday and today. The coughing is now minimal, though I suspect it is due to the draft from two vents. And those vents are filthy. This is how illness is transported from room to room. The vents are in the ceiling, but that is no excuse for not giving them a good spritz and a wipe. I am tempted to bring Clean Boss and the cloth with me tomorrow even though I am afraid of heights. Now I wonder if hubs had Legionnaires disease. It is a form of pneumonia, but more brutal.

I now need to do the garbage detail. Hope you three have a wonderful evening. No moon or stars tonight. It is very cloudy.

Oz will have rain everyday except Monday. I am fine with that because we feed
and weed our lawns. No flowers until next month. 😎💕This winter was a hard one
and I am so ready to get started when the weather permits.

Sis sounds okay but still has a runny nose so she just takes an allergy pill to dry it up.🤧 I think I may drop in tomorrow and not get too close.

Frying up some pork chops for dinner with some Spanish rice. Since I’ve cooked for three days, I think take-out will be on my menu tomorrow.😋

I awoke to a bad sinus infection. Took my me ds and decided to rest. This time the meds made me so tired that I fell asleep and when I awoke it was too late to get ready for the rehab. Contacted the receptionist and returned to the bed. I am now doing this and that as well. I received the vitamins that AI ordered during the TS and ordered some others when they were 25% off.

When I contacted the receptionist she mentioned that hubs spent sometime outside. It was a good day for that. Also heard that his roommate had to leave the room as well. Guess they were thoroughly giving it a good cleaning as well as changing sheets and blankets. I just wish they would include the A/C vents as well along with the ceiling. This should help hubs heal faster.

So far the hip is better. No pain. That’s a milestone for me. Lower back is feeling better also. Guess staying away from the Rehab’s A/C is helping, but miss hubs too much to stay away. Tomorrow I definitely need to do some shopping. Gas prices here is $3.99/gal.. Both Sam’s and Costco are 3.75. Thankfully, my little “wagon” is not a gas guzzler. Will fill up tomorrow as well. It is down a 1/2 tank.

Happy Saturday to you. It is nice and sunny but vey chilly.☀️ I hung my front door mat over the railing to dry from all the rain the other night and it has icicles hanging off of it now.🤣

I’m glad for the hockey team but our division is so close, just a point or two between teams. We have 10 games left and anything could still happen. And our top player is injured so that doesn’t help.

Just finished cutting up three packages of mushrooms to cook with our dinner.🍄‍🟫 I could eat just those, love them!

March 27th is the annual observance of National Spanish Paella Day. A rice dish from Spain, paella has become very popular and is known worldwide. It originated in its modern form in the mid-19th century in Valencia, on the east coast of Spain.

Oodie we had to turn the heat on this morning we were around 30 degrees. YIKES!

Fell asleep early last night and awoke around 2:30 am.. Wide awake and decided to do this and that. Climbed back into bed around 4am and did not fall asleep. Decided to stay up to catch up on some reading and finally fell asleep around noon. Slept until 5pm and realized it was too late to drive to the Rehab. The receptionist leaves around 6-6:30pm. I will make a trip to the Farmer’s Market tomorrow and then will go on to the Rehab.

I am concerned with the oxygen as well. However, he is not on it all day. His roommate says his coughing is on and off and he is moving better. The oxygen may be used as a precaution. It is on the lowest level. Still, that does not sit well with me. He is eating everything on his pureed plate and looking for seconds. Meanwhile, today, my hip pain is gone. I used Marla’s jacket yesterday which kept me sane and could be one of the reasons why I feel better. The only problem today was the sinus migraine.

Our temp is 74 as I type with full sun. No rain in sight. House felt warm so turned on the A/C.. I purchased a couple of planters and next week I will venture out to the nursery to pick and choose. Not sure if the Bird of Paradise Plant will make an entrance since my neighbor did me a favor by pulling everything in sight along with the weeds. The plants I purchased from HSN last year are returning. These are in containers near the carport. I have a Mandeville as well that I will move to full sun. Probably will use the trolley to help with the move.

and forth especially with shopping just be careful lifting.

Rained hard last night, different areas have flooding. Lost power for a minute or so but came back on. There were outages all around me for about two hours. All trees are standing, for now. Partly sunny and cool the next few days.⛅

Did some grocery shopping this morning. Sis has a slight cold so not going to visit tomorrow.🤧 I was sick long enough in Jan./Feb. Making tuna burgers for dinner.
