The phone I ordered is sold out so I couldn’t write a review. All their customer service is in the Philipines and they are CLUELESS. It’s still taking me over 3 weeks to get my phone ported over. The Filipino’s can’t understand English, i.e. they put the word ‘north’ in my address.. there is no ‘north’.. very frustrating. I would never use Tracfone again after this headache of inefficiency.. guess you get what you pay for.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI bought the phone for $119.99 and it is now $99.99. I request a price adjustment. Please put it on my account in spendable cash.By the way this phone is the G7 POWER. There are more than one version of Moto G7, and it helps for the description of the phones to list the versions of the phones offered. I checked the model number listed and then did an internet search to see which version you are offering. The Thank you and stay safe.
Be well, Luelue.Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI need to return the TracFone that I purchased a couple of weeks ago. The return label was removed from the packing slip. How do I return this phone?
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceWhen I opened box to the LG smartphone I received, the phone had an opaque “strip” across the bottom 1/3rd of the screen. At first I thought it was one of those strips that is on other items that I purchase & I thought I could remove it with my finger. But, this can’t be removed with the finger. Apparently it is a screen setting that needs to be fixed, but I can not find anything in the screen settings menu to get it off of the screen. It covers where I need to be able to see the keyboard. I’m not smartphone “savy” so this is difficult for me to understand it.
Is there any way to remove it from the screen? I don’t know what to do about it.
Thank you for any suggestions you may have.
Posted in Forum: ElectronicsI’ve noticed in some of the Tracfone reviews that people have lost large number of minute/text/data when they have transferred to their new phone and Tracfone said they couldn’t do anything about it…you can get them back. It happened to me a while back, I lost over 15k on calls and texts and a lot of data and was told the same thing. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint, it took a little while for them to do what they needed but in the end I got my time back (except most of the data but that was my fault because I lost the exact numbers). Before you transfer to your new phone take a screenshot of your balances so you have evidence to show them. Also, if you have a large balance, go through the Chat and make sure to have them send you a transcript of the conversation…have them bring up your balances so they have proof of what you say then have them activate your new phone.
Hope this helps anyone who has had this problem.
