Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceHi 👋 I called customer service again today. My orders placed on Nov 26 and 27 have not shipped. Other orders i placed before and after that date have shipped. Customer service said I’m not alone. Poor answer. I wish I could cancel my orders. Why has my credit card been billed the first flex pays? I am really upset. I have been an HSN customer since the tootie days. Ps Qvc orders are being shipped faster. Go figure!
Posted in Forum: BeautyOn Oct 31, I ordered Signature Club A 2 piece Vt C Moisturizing set. The cream had an expiration date of 1-26. Called customer service on Nov 9 and reordered an exchange I sent the expired one back as requested. Yesterday, I received the exchanged one and it had the same expiration date 1-26, Called customer service today and got QVC customer service who told me they were taking HSN service calls cause they were having problems with their customer service. She said she couldn’t help me cause she didn’t have access to that information. Wonder if Adrian knows they are selling expired products??
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesI have been trying to hang in there with HSN through all the changes even though I won’t buy anything from QVC.. I don’t like there customer service or management. I made the switch over 30 years ago and have been extremely happy loyal & very very good HSN customer which probably is ending after my customer service interaction today. I rarely return anything to HSN but sadly I return 2 Jay King necklaces because there were 2 stone discolorations that just took away from the entire necklace. I return them on my own so I could insure them. Shipping charges were deducted so I called to inquire why and I was told I have to pay for the original shipping charge plus taxes for the item to be sent out to me. I asked when did this change & she said 3 years ago & I said I just throughly reviewed your return policy and this is not stated anywhere in there. She said miss you can’t expect us to reimburse you for shipping the original item to you. I said you have done it in the past for 30 plus years. She said we don’t do it any longer. I said if I had used the return label I would be deducted the original shipping charge plus the return shipping charge which is 2 shipping charges & she said yes. I am thinking what is the point in shopping with HSN when I can shop with any other retailers and 1. Pay no shipping 2. Not pay shipping for returning an an item. Apparently I wasn’t aware of this change because, I haven’t returned anything in 3 years (which I don’t think is correct) but the point is I already paid shipping once for an item that is unacceptable. If the product had not had any discolorations that made it so noticeable I would have kept it. I realize QVC is financially losing money because they made a critical and probably will end up being their fatal mistake. They think they can just turn HSN customers into QVC customers except YOU CANNOT. It is simple if we were a QVC customer then we would be shopping at QVC but we were shopping at HSN because they provided us with the product lines we preferred and the price points we preferred. The most important factor HSN management had a customer service philosophy that always place customers 1st which ended when QVC purchased them. QVC customer service is always right, customers are always wrong, good loyal customers treated like dirt on bottom of their shoe. QVC forgets customers pay their bills, salaries & keeps their doors open. QVC has eliminated so many of the HSN brands we loved & replaced with QVC brands and they think we will just quickly buy. I honestly haven’t switched to many of the QVC brands because I liked the other brands so I have just gone & purchased the products elsewhere. They made the move to eliminate Florida because they had to save money to keep the doors open. It was very apparent most of the hosts wouldn’t relocate from sunny Florida to PA. However, the QVC hosts they have on the current HSN air made me turn the HSN TV off. It says everything when an OLD former HSN President from 2001 has a party to celebrate all the old hosts & the end of HSN Florida. That is the type of HSN management that use to run HSN. QVC management is so cheap they do absolutely nothing to recognize the end which said everything to me about the type of people running QVC/HSN currently. Sadly QVC has shown HSN the door & doesn’t seem to care to even keep loyal HSN customers so it may be time to start shopping elsewhere.
