I don’t like the idea of Synchrony Bank taking over the HSN card. Seems like this will be the last time I buy something here, besides my bill is due tomorrow and I don’t know how to pay. Can’t find anything, try to log in to pay it and it says I have to contact my new lender, how do I do that. Ugh, feeling frustrated

Well, after calling Comenity’s Customer Service number, (1-877-851-3121), I was given a number to call Synchrony Bank’s Customer Service. I called that number and was told it was the wrong number to be calling, so, they gave me another number to call. I called that number and, you guessed it, it was again the wrong number to call concerning our HSN Accounts being transferred to Synchrony. I was given yet another number to call and it was the right one!
For the branch of Synchrony now servicing our HSN Accounts, the number is 1-844-889-9676.
Alissa, (the Customer Service rep I spoke to), explained that the dedicated Website for our Accounts will not be up and running until Monday, August 26-2019 after 8-am EDT. The Website URL is: http://www.hsn.syf.com
Also, we can use our existing HSN Credit Card, but, Synchrony will be sending us new Cards anywhere from Sept 2nd thru Oct; so, be on the lookout for a new Credit Card, (with new numbers), coming in the mail.
Boy, did I ever tear my hair out over this! *lol*
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceHi. I just went to my HSN Credit Card Account and when I try to Log-in there’s a banner that says:
“This account is no longer serviced by Comenity Capital Bank. Please contact your new servicing lender for assistance.”
But there’s no CONTACT NUMBER or LINK to the website where my HSN Account has gone.
Can you help me please? I don’t know what to do now. Thanks.
keep watch over your acct if you keep it. Synchrony Bank is terrible in alerting for fraud.
Walmart Cards are moving form Synchrony Bank to Capital One.
Posted in Forum: Talk Among Yourselvesun September everyone will had been transverd to synchrony bank from commetity.i just read on line that synchrony will decide whos credit card account is worthy of a synchrony credit card inclouding hsn MasterCard,if synchrony didn’t think the account isnt worthy it will be closed. thats” it”.hsn has no idea what a HUGE MISTAKE there making. hsn will regret it. im looking into if i can change my hsn MasterCard over to another store undrr commetity.
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesToday after paying my last flexpay, I closed my account with Comenity Bank, after all the negative talk about Synchrony which will take over in August, I just decided to end it all, unfortunately since HSN is not the same I started doing business with, has changed from day to night since QVC has stepped in, I just don’t find any incentives, like coupons, discounts etc…to buy anything. I always preferred HSN to QVC but because they have become so alike I will most likely close my account with them too.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI received a letter that Synchrony Bank is taking over for Commenity. Do I need to pay off what ever flex pays I have before Aug 22nd or will they transfer over to the new bank?
Evine also uses Synchrony Bank.
if you have a master card with say’ citi bank or visa card with chase or bank of America’ use that one. dont use manly. hsn sends you to commetity where qvc will send you to collections because qvc have always been there own bank. hsn doesn’t know what you pay commetity capital bank, they dont know what your account is with them but i’ will you this”, qvc surley knows, qvc have been doing srnce with GE money bank back befor commetity and synchorny so dont use your hsn card, instead use another mager csrd from another bank so this way qvc and synchorny will never have an account hysteroy from your own personal privet bank, bogus late charges. when hsn stsrts getting high amounts of complaints pouring in’ against synchrony and qvc, hopefully hsn will listen to us customer’s and switch back to commetity.
