I set up my account after I received my bill from Synchrony Bank, it had my account number on the statement that begins with a number 6, after that I went to hsn.syf.com and created my new online account.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI signed up for the synchrony transfer thin back on August 26 like the letters said to do. I signed up and it let me in. Once I signed out it would not let me in. Said it could not access my account. So I signed up again with different screen name and password. Once again once I signed out it would not let me back in ( September 1 was when I did that ). So I called and the guy was like are you sure your going throughout synchrony I was like yes. I was told to keep trying. So I have been. Guess what same thing they can not access my account, their system can’t find me, or their system is having technical issues or whatever. I would like to be able to get into my account so I can see what I owe. I’m sure they want their money on time. Which I have always be prompt with my payments and never late. I don’t understand why HSN switched over to this bank. It was much better the old way. It’s getting very frustrating when I check multiple times a day and can’t get into my account!
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesI tried to log in and make my payment which was due today. I now have to try to locate my HSN card and evidently set up a new account? Also, I got an email from Credit Karma today saying that my HSN Account had been closed by Synchrony Bank. It’s in good standing so I have no idea why they would have done this. Bad decision on HSN’s part.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceLet me begin did not receive new HSN card and payment was due 9/10 called synchrony and talked to a person who told me to just send in my payment to synchrony bank with no account number I was afraid but did not want a late payment I began checking my statement a couple days later and no posting of payment yesterday I called again and was on phone for one hour but the problem was solved by a very nice customer service rep my payment went to my qvc account and not my hsn account the customer service rep had to transfer the money from qvc to hsn I just checked my account this morning and the money was applied she also told me my new card is being sent out on the 7th I would suggest if you made a payment and it’s not showing up to call Hopefully everything will be settle by the next time payment is due and I receive my new card

Will probably get rid of this card, don’t want the headache.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceCouldn’t pay my bill through HSN. Still have not received a new number or payment information from Synchrony Bank. Had to make phone call as the on line option would not work. Bill was due. Cannot make a purchase as I have no new number. HSN made a huge mistake. Will be shopping elsewhere.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceThis is the biggest mess I have ever seen. I have spent hours trying to set up our accounts and only 1 is right!!! I think!!!! set up my husbands and it says wrong password!!!! FaireMaiden if you read this would you share with me how to get this done!!!! seems they make it hard for all of us.
Please help us CUSTOMER SERVICE!
