I am not sure what is going on but when I try to register my card (new one not received yet) it keeps telling me that my Credit card # does not match their records. Well I can read and do recognize my numbers and guess what they are on my Credit card “right there on the front”. If I cannot register my current card the change over should not have taken place until we had the new cards with that bank. I love HSN but they are of no help with this matter. Very unorganized.
I fortunately was able to close my account in July after paying my last flex pay, I know that Synchrony is the same bank used by QVC with which I have an account. I just wanted to avoid any kind of complication due to the change. Many customers are complaining having difficulties with this change, so I just closed my account with them, who has time and the patience to call customer service, for their mistakes.
I received my bill in the mail today i normally get a online statement account number was on front signed up no problem my billing date has changed so bill seemed a little high this month I think some flex pays have overlapped I am going to pay my flex pays off and use a different card as I have read not good things about this bank I don’t like all these changes when they said when qvc took over nothing would change so disappointed don’t think I will be shopping as much
I pay online too…you have to re-sign up for email bills. I didn’t have any problems setting things up and have other accounts that use this bank and never have had a problem. If you want a different due date, just call them and ask them to change it, most places will work with you on that.
