Today is March 26, 2026. I’ve been catching up on what’s happening with HSN after watching the Bobbie Ray Carter retirement celebration. I watched the entire show with an expectation of seeing current and former hosts as well as current and former product brands. At the end of the celebration, I surmised that everyone could not attend the event. Perhaps they could have sent an audio/visual farewell, but that did not happen either. I decided to look up the current HSN fashion brands and found the list begins with the letter B. What! No Antthony? Google let me know what happened and I now know why he was not on the retirement farewell this past Sunday. I’m convinced there is no business industry without issues. I knew HSN would be scaling back, as they indicated as such. But Antthony was dumped. Who replaced Antthony’s fashion sense, whimsy and humor? Who replaced his clothing sizes? I think I got caught up in how Isaac Mizrahi was dumped from QVC and that was how I missed the Antthony dumping from HSN. I’ve been in the dark for the past eight months. I have no more words.

I am also unhappy with the fashions. I have switched to Susan Graver and Kim Gravel on QVC. I miss iman. I have a closet full of her fashion. Also check out Carla Rock QVC. She is great.

I love Jacklyn Smith tops if you are tall, I could understand them not being long enough for you that is why they really should offer petites and Tall’s. Her tops tend to work for me & I love a lot of her clothes, but she needs to make more petites & tall sizes.
The majority of tops sold on HSN are too long even for the average size person.
The sleeves are way too long, and bodice of the blouses and tees are too long.
We come in all shapes and sizes & HEIGHTS. HSN is very slow at catching up to what the customer wants and needs and expects unlike QVC.
I remember how long it took for them to have HD for high definition tv’s. I live in CT & would call and ask when will HSN offer High Definition watching HSN is terrible on an HD tv and they would say it was too expensive.
QVC started after HSN, but they always looked to please the Customer Quality, Value, Customer CARE.
HSN is just that another home shopping network they need to change their priorities.

I agree. The fashions have gone downhill since Iman left. I switched to QVC for my clothing needs. Susan Graver and Kim Gravel are my go tos.

Sarah A, Debbie D, Callie and Lesley are great hosts, I didn’t watch much HSN, usually watched QVC as I thought their products were a better quality but have found that I watch more HSN than QVC now because their hosts aren’t so outrageous or goofy.

What kills me is HSN has to share any good vendors with QVC but QVC only shares horrible vendors any really good vendors they will not share with HSN.
Also, like Dyson vacuums they will sell the cheaper models on HSN but the really good Dyson cordless expensive models that I am interested in at great price are only sold at QVC.
I believe HSN is the dumb stepsister that needs to speak out and get better results from Vendors and sharing with QVC!

I mean no disrespect, but I don’t think your information is accurate. There are atleast 4 hosts at QVC who are over 60-I believe there are a couple more. Many are over 50 hence that whole 50 and fabulous campaign. I find many of the hosts at QVC anything but respectful. I wouldn’t say that about HSN hosts

What a lovely post, Karen. I hope Kim does see this. I have watched her hosting several shows and I agree…..she is informative, never interrupts the vendor and talks slowly! Wish some of the other hosts at HSN and QVC would do the same.

Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesEveryone over the age of 50 is gone. Big salaries and hosts that overshadow the product and guest, gone. The gays are all saved minus one. The new company is a mashup of hosts that understand the assignment, sell stuff and respect, respect, respect. Much like BobbiRay, the consummate professional. There you have it, enjoy !

I’ve been with Bobbi and HSN for over 40 years. I can still see her when she sat at a table with the flag of the USA behind her. One Christmas my brother-in-law actually gifted me my own “tootie” I was obsessed with HSN and then QVC. My family calls me a queen of online/tv shopping.
I also had a condo in Florida and HAD to make frequent trips to the HSN Outlets!
Best of luck on your next chapter!

He is not leaving HSN. There are 201 Andrew Lessman vitamins when you search his name. There are many vendors that sell on both QVC and HSN. He just happens to be on QVC today for a TSV. So HSN is not losing “everyone”.

I used to love flexibelle by Kim Gravel BUT!! it has gotten waaaaaaaay to expensive for me. I have no clue why she feels that a $35.00 jean should go for over $65. – $70? I just don’t buy from HSN or QVC anymore. The decisions they have made in the past several years have been horrendous.
