I 100% agree with you💗 I would totally love to go to a live show or event too!! I always say that😚 I’m always jealous when I see them doing the live shows on QVC too…. would be so much fun!! Just ignore the rude ones and keep your positive vibe 😀

According to the QVC policies on their home page:
Exchanges are FREE!Love your purchase, but need a different size or color? Our free and easy exchanges make it a snap to get exactly what you want. Just visit us online or give us a call to start your exchange while your order still qualifies for our 30-day return policy. Then ship your item back using the Q Return Label and we’ll send you the same item in another size or color. We’ll even pay for return shipping—so it won’t cost you a thing.
To arrange for an exchange, go to Order Status, view the order you wish to return, click ‘Start a Return or Exchange’ and follow the simple step-by-step instructions. Then ship your item back using the Q Return Label and we’ll send you the same item in another size or color.
There’s more but you can look it up yourself.

QVC does live events, usually for cooking specials. HSN recently did a live event, again for cooking. think Studio Park offers tours, but it’s random whether you meet anyone.

Posted in Forum: FashionNow that HSN is up here, and becoming a part of the local Philadelphia community, it would be so cool if we could get to know the new hosts and models.
I would drive the few hours it takes to get to Pennsylvania to attend a meet and greet, and put a personality to the name and face to the hosts and models we see on TV.
Has QVC or HSN ever done anything like this before? It could be different and so fun!

I wish Consult Beaute would come to HSN but probably not because Dr Dubrow and Dr Nassif work together. I also miss Serious Skin Care with Jennifer Flavin Stallone. I know SSC is sometimes on QVC but not often enough and they only offer very few products when they’re on. She’s been popping up on Facebook recently so maybe she’ll show back up on HSN or QVC at some point….

Just what we could use a little more of! Positive, fun posts🥰 WOW sounds like you have alot of great things!! I know how it is about shoes hurting your feet! I had Jessica Simpson sparkly booties I LOVED but they killed my feet so I had to send them back. I need to go through my closet again but I’ll definitely be keeping my Iman pants and blouses too! And my Giuliana dresses and joggers☺️ I love my things from Lacey Chabert’s collection too. Wearing a comfy robe by her right now! Anthony’s pieces are classic too and will stay in my wardrobe😊 love his florals! Also love my D2 jumpsuit and sweaters! And a Christian Siriano pink floral jumpsuit I haven’t gotten to wear yet! I have lots from QVC too including all my Bumblebella stuff that are my favorites💞 just too much to remember! I’ve only been shopping HSN for the last 5yrs probably! So I never got to see a lot of the older brands! Wish I had😀 You’re making me want to go through my closet tomorrow and organize and see what I’ve forgotten 😉

Just came from JCPenney with a 50% off coupon I could use on clearance! Talk about a bargain! Prices and shipping are way too high with HSN and QVC, And, the same ppl over and over is not what I’m looking for, that’s for sure!

Rarely do QVC and HSN hosts return, unless they are working for another company and are back to present. Guy is 100% replaceable. A paying customer of HSN shouldn’t have to avoid certain hosts. I’m glad you love this guy and his constant throwing of his son DANNY in the faces of viewers, but I don’t have to like him, and my purchases support HSN and him.

David Rawlinson II OF THE QURATE GROUP RUNS QVC AND HSN AND HE IS AWFUL AS FAR AS HSN GOES. I THINK THE Qurate Retail Group needs to fire him.
Stacie Bowe is the President of the HSN marketing Group & US Merchandising she definitely needs to be replaced.
It’s the people running the show from the top doing the merchandising and hiring the vendors and letting the vendors know what they expect from them they need to be fired.
All the new hosts are terrible.

He was annoying. And his voice had gotten progressively worse. When I’m spending my hard-earned money on HSN I don’t want to listen to annoying man with a raspy voice throw his son in my face daily. All the QVC and HSN hosts that mention their kids usually say “My Son” or “My daughter”, and they only occasionally mention their kids. Every show with Guy is a guaranteed mention of DANNY. Then he started talking about Danny’s GF. Who cares?

I don’t think HSN’s vision was ever to go back to the way it was. They might be trying to appeal to a younger audience. It doesn’t seem to be working. I don’t think HSN and QVC will become one. HSN will bring the Q down. I love shopping at Marshall’s and TJX . Getting great prices on clothes I like is fun. It seems HSN has lost many of their loyal customers. They need to do something soon. Having the same vendors over and over is boring. It really is sad watching the ship sink.

I stopped shopping HSN. Marshalls and TJMax have the cutest things at half the price. Very good quality too. I can go out shopping, try some pretty things on, and then go to lunch with my husband for the price (if not less) than shopping on HSN. I am 75 and I wouldn’t wear the clothing that they sell. They are so ugly. I wonder if they are trying to phase out HSN. It seems they really promote QVC.

Dear Flo238. I am definitely an older lady and I would not buy those fashions. And I will guarantee you none of the hosts would wear them either. It’s so pathetic what has happened at these once wonderful companies. In my closet I still have fashions from so many of those wonderful designers who were truly designers. And here’s a question for HSN/QVC how many pairs of jeans does one person have to own? Just once I wish the powers to be would listen to their customers who have supported them all these years.
