Since retiring I have become very fond of most of HSN presentations. My one recommendation would be that when time comes for PERLIER live the host(ess) be chosen between Amy Morrison, Coleen Lopez, Margo Smith or Callie Northagen. These four ladies have a flawless delivery. They are not loud, pushy or talking over Skip and Amanda.
Also, when watching Andrew Lessman presentations, Coleen has it over anyone else! She knows the product. Does not appear to “make up” comments and reviews on the products and is a compliment to Andrew when she is with him. When Shannon is on with him my attention diminishes and I have to change the channel after a short while.
I adore Adam Freeman!
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceThank you for helping us out on Trivia last week and for the double points in yesterday’s game. I think everyone had a great time. Our only problem is that game night went too fast. Thank you for being there when we needed you.

Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesCarrie just came back from maternity leave but just announced during the Dooney presentation 05OCT, 2019 that today is her last show. All the best pretty girl!
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesI’d like to know if my hsn card can be paid with a visa card or savings acct
Posted in Forum: Talk Among YourselvesPlease, please do something about your sound. So many of your hosts have their microphone rubbing as they move or change jewelry or wardrobe. Doesn’t the producers hear the muffling coming from the sound as the audience does? It is bad enough we have to listen to some irritating hosts, but now they sound like they are in a wind tunnel. It is soooooooo
annoying. I have contacted HSN cust. svc. but it still happens all of the time. Have to turn the sound off. Ugh!Posted in Forum: HSN TVWas searching to see when Joy was going to be on and realized her page wasnt coming up. I know things have to change from time to time but I agree with another customer, I think they are throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Ive been shopping with HSN and QVC since the beginning, Im really sad to see some of the changes. A lot of my favorite hosts are gone and the rookies are like mannequins… no personality and they all are all size O. This company has forgotten who their customers are who helped build them.
Posted in Forum: JewelryHello Jay,
Your passion for mining these gorgeous rocks are so interesting.
Because of you I am just now learning about Thulite. Thank you!!
So Rosy and rich pink!!
Will you be bring more of this to HSN?
May I request shorter lengths and a bit less weight or us very short ladies who can get lost and weighted down by the huge (but gorgeous) long items? Many Thanks
jc from kcPosted in Forum: Customer ServiceSo, today, with the morning off from work, I decided to take a look at the items available from Joan Boyce. Since she’s leaving, I figured there might be some good deals, so I selected the option to sort the items from the lowest price to highest. What a mess, it’s so distracting and not fun at all having to look through all the “As is” and “Sold Out” items – so I didn’t continue, and likely won’t be purchasing anything today.
I have absolutely no interest in “As is” items; if I wanted something used, I’d go to a local garage sale. And if it is “Sold Out”, I don’t want to look at it either, if the intention is that I am going to mark something as a favorite and hope it may appear again, that’s just not going to happen – there’s a whole big world out there and if I want something I can usually find it – or something comparable immediately elsewhere. HSN might find it helpful to have these sold out items marked as favorites, but I am just not willing to spend my time making that effort.
It would really improve the online shopping experience if there were options that allow users to select whether they want to view “As is” and “Sold out” items. That’s part of what people value about shopping online, the ability to search specifically for what they want. There is a checkbox to select to show only “As is”; it would be great to have a checkbox added for “Hide As is and Sold Out”.
