I’m sorry, I love HSN but both times I turned on HSN today the host pop their lips when they talk and I can’t even watch them. Right now the guy showing the gifts for kids and earlier with the lady showing the Christmas trees. I’ll just browse online. I won’t watch another program, so annoying. I’m watching QVC now. Just my pet peeve, but I know I can’t be the only one, so annoying.
I did a lot of shopping in the between midnight and 5a, when I have insomnia (which is mostly every night). Now there is nothing to watch or buy. I used to have packages 2-3 days of week. This week I am down to zero. Good for the wallet bad for HSN and QVC.
I also just found out Joy Mangano is no longer on HSN. The last time I saw her the host said she wouldn’t be back all summer. So I’ve been checking the schedule every day since the end of summer wondering when she’ll be back. I thought she must be working on a special product for us to be gone so long. I finally googled her for news.
I have to say I’m shocked that HSN decided to let her go. When she first connected with HSN the new owner at that time brought him with her to help reinvent the company, and that’s exactly what she did. She practically rebuilt HSN with her hangers alone. Considering how much she did for HSN, I sincerely thought they would feel more loyalty to her. It bothers me to find out how wrong I was.
At least 90% of my HSN purchases were Joy Mangano products. I just don’t see a reason to tune in anymore.

Hsn doesn’t have my social # so how can I be denied by a credit agency?
Truly sad. They are ridiculous and seem to be pulling a fast one. They have our order history so they know we all buy merchandise.

Posted in Forum: FashionI just have to comment on the absolutely tacky box that my Jay King $200.00 necklace was sent in. How embarrassed I would have been if I had sent this directly to the gift recipient. Jay has beautiful dark boxes with a sleeve protector. First of all my piece was broke in this ugly, tacky gray box with HSN stamped on the front. This is totally unacceptable and to me just slaps us in the face with we don’t care! Who wants to open your jewelry box to see this? I’m sure that is why it came broken on top of the horrid box. I could literally cry I’m so disappointed. I’m sure Jay wants his jewelry to represent the man he is and be presented beautifully. I am so finished even trying to get a beautiful piece from HSN now! It may be not important to some but I can’t! I just can’t!
Both QVC and HSN are not live probably because they need to cut corners. Hosts, models and vendors are gone to save $$$.
Hi ~ I am on an iPad Air 2, have been for years, and have been able to play most of the games I like without a problem until just a few days ago. Now almost ALL the games state that FlashPlayer is required, which was never required before (and is not even an option on iOS mobile devices). Also, even after you click on Arcade, all the games come up, whether they are accessible or not. There was obviously a system change several days ago, and either the webmaster forgot to include the iOS mobile option (for iPads and iPhones), or they’re eliminating most of the games for us altogether ~ which I’m sure can’t be the case, since the majority of people now use iOS mobile devices. I found that I am able to play Word Wipe, so that must not require FlashPlayer (but I haven’t checked all the others). However, Today’s Jigsaw Puzzle and The GOTW, Trizzle, are not playable. What games do you play (or are able to play) on your iPad Pro? Do you not get the “FlashPlayer required” message now? I have sent a message about this issue to the Help Center ~ hopefully it will be addressed soon. 🙄 I know that the Arcade is not a priority to HSN, but it would be nice if they would keep us informed of these updates and changes ~ especially something major like this! 😑

Yeah, I was hoping to add more to my collection for the holidays, but I have been left scratching my head instead. Now, I will have to shop somewhere else to gather the items that I need.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI’m trying to purchase a smart TV with flex pay, the payment would be about $38 for payments. Everytime I enter my debit card info, it says that HSN can’t accept or can’t take this payment method. I’ve bought things off of this website before using flex pay and with the same debit card. What could be the problem?
