I don’t believe she is retiring. You may have noticed over the past year they had cut her days and hours down. I guess things weren’t selling fast enough for them and she said she is moving on to something else. You can follow her on Facebook and find out the details. As far as I’m concerned HSN ran her off
@chipmom. I know you are past the 30 days for a return, but, I suggest you also post this under customer service. HSN should be made aware of your problem and the predicament you are facing. Maybe they can help.
Same here, never received a notice that my payment was due even though it was always set up that way. I got a notice through snail mail though, along with a late fee. Paid my bill in full now and as soon as it posts, I’m closing my account with HSN. Don’t need this b.s. after years of shopping with them.
Posted in Forum: ElectronicsI purchased a Dell Inspiron Laptop in June 2019. It is not working, I can not sign in and cannot even do a factory reset. Yet, Dell says that is not their problem. Total Tech says it is a computer issue, the entire computer is under warranty, if it cannot be fixed through a software fix, Dell needs to fix it. I trusted HSN and the representations made by their on-air rep. I am so disappointed. I will continue to fight this with Dell, but I should not have to.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI decided to try HSN after being encouraged to do so from many friends who have used HSN. I tried to place an order for a camera but was denied Flexpay and charged the $300 anyways. So now I’m in a place where I can’t purchase the camera before I depart for my trip (as HSN has taken my money) and I apparently won’t have a camera arriving with the two day shipping I paid for. Of course this means me and my friends will no longer be using HSN, which is ridiculous for a company to do this, but I figured I’d post and ask what to do about getting my money back since now I’m out of being able to purchase a camera because of this company.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI have an order that was said to have been delivered yesterday. I did not receive this package. My mail comes to a large set of locked mailboxes that is used by everyone in my neighborhood – everyone has a key to their own private box. When I get packages, the mailman puts a key to a large ‘package box’ in MY box so the package can be delivered to me securely. I did not receive said key, so also I did not receive the package.
I contacted my post office. They confirmed what I knew – that it shows ‘delivered’ – and said it’s out of their hands. If someone in my neighborhood received it, they’re certainly not willing to admit to it. The post office rep said I needed to contact you (HSN) directly. What the heck do I do now?

Posted in Forum: HSN ArcadeI have AD REMOVER on my computer. Now I can’t even play the games because the AD on the games freezes everything. What a disappointment HSN Arcade has become. I buy plenty, don’t need additional ADS, love to just distress with a game.
Per your response of expected ship date of October 16th? Really? Here it is NOVEMBER 2nd. Still not shipped. Please tell us what is going on and the reason for the multiple and lengthy delays…. and I do not believe “on backorder” is sufficient for a date specific auto ship. Both Beekman and HSN knew months ago exactly how many bounty boxes were needed, and since it was date specific, WHEN they were needed. Also, please give an honest answer this time. Thank you.

The shipping box (from China) was intact in good condition, but the oven had a huge dent on top as if someone had step on it. It was also packed upside down. Since this oven was sold out, I cannot get another one. This is the second time on the road that I ordered an appliance from WP and is broken. I took pictures to include it in my review. I can’t post my review online now because I “have not used if for 5 days yet.” I called Customer Service and was offered $40 discount, but the oven it is badly broken so I did not accept it. HSN would not allow me to post a review yet. I returned it today via UPS. I just noticed 2 reviews were posted with similar description that the oven was damaged. I will order the Air Fryer oven from QVC featured by Chef Zakarian and it is $30 cheaper.
Try Andrew’s website. It may be less expensive. I. Think he will be on HSN sometime this month. You can check under Watch for the program guide. Even if it’s not the tds, there is usually a sale on all his vitamins.
You should notify customer service as well There is a topic for them if you haven’t posted there already.
I have the Philips Air Fryer and cannot live without it. I purchased mine several years ago before HSN merged with QVC.
