Let me begin did not receive new HSN card and payment was due 9/10 called synchrony and talked to a person who told me to just send in my payment to synchrony bank with no account number I was afraid but did not want a late payment I began checking my statement a couple days later and no posting of payment yesterday I called again and was on phone for one hour but the problem was solved by a very nice customer service rep my payment went to my qvc account and not my hsn account the customer service rep had to transfer the money from qvc to hsn I just checked my account this morning and the money was applied she also told me my new card is being sent out on the 7th I would suggest if you made a payment and it’s not showing up to call Hopefully everything will be settle by the next time payment is due and I receive my new card
Posted in Forum: JewelryHave they left HSN? I emailed them at the Shopping Channel in Canada, and they said sadly, no shows were scheduled for HSN. They are showing some gorgeous jewelry there.

Will probably get rid of this card, don’t want the headache.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceCouldn’t pay my bill through HSN. Still have not received a new number or payment information from Synchrony Bank. Had to make phone call as the on line option would not work. Bill was due. Cannot make a purchase as I have no new number. HSN made a huge mistake. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Go to HSN.COM-sign-in… now GO UNDER MENU (upper left) CLICK ON CONNECT… should show several choices… CLICK ON REWARDS… SHOULD take to ‘Prize List’ page-LEAVE OPEN **DO NOT** CLOSE WINDOW (NOTICE upper right-SHOULD show NAME, CURRENT AVAIL TICKETS, then ALL TIME ACCUMULATED TOTAL. —-NOW, OPEN A SEPARATE WINDOW INTO ARCARDE (if not signed-in there-go to Community and sign-in there). (should now HAVE (2) open windows). In upper right where info ‘SHOULD BE’ … IT WILL STILL BE BLANK-mine is too…. play your game choice… NOW, LEAVING ARCADE PAGE STILL **OPEN**, GO TO OTHER OPEN WINDOW (Rewards page) HIT REFRESH (ALWAYS HIT REFRESH OR WILL NOT SHOW NEW TICKET TOTALS!!!). YOU SHOULD SEE THE ACCUMULATED TICKETS FOR THE GAME YOU JUST PLAYED! I’ve been doing THIS for (2) days now-THEY ***ARE*** REGISTERING. —Dont hold me accountable, LOL, I AM NOT COMPUTER SAAVY! Just happ’d to stumble upon AND ITS WORKING FOR ME! My issue is that I’ve had the card for so long and with online statements that I don’t know where my card is to find my number and I can’t access the statements. I thought maybe on HSN where my card is defaulted would show the number, but nope, just the last 4, so I can’t re-register on the new site. My fault, should have paid attention when I got the original letter and downloaded the statements. Just needed to vent. Hopefully a new card will magically appear sooner than later.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI’m accessing the HSN ARCADE using Chrome on my iPad Pro. The header no longer shows my current points & my lifetime points. It was fine earlier today. I cleared the browser history and rebooted my iPad. Didn’t help.
