For some reason, since about mid day Wednesday, I have not been able to go to HSN Mobile app program guide and access the watch now option on the guide to see a program video I wanted to view. That option is missing from the program guide for several days now. Can you please check into that problem and see why and add it back so I am able to watch a show that is not live? Thank you for your assistance in this issue.

Received 1 order on 2/17, in blue, which I did order.
Received 2 order on 2/18. which had another Blue set and a light gray and blk/white. WHICH I DID NOT ORDER.So, I called CS. talked to supervisor Taylor. I told her for 2 orders I received the wrong mixed colors. so I’m sending it back, but need her help to waive ALL /original and return shipping/, for receiving a WRONG COLORS.
Well, she said, she’ll waive the return shipping, but that I’ll still be charged for the original shipping that is $7.50 for each order.
Because it’s an “AS IS” order.My question is??? Why do we even choose a color when ordering and item, WHEN HSN JUST DO AND SEND WHAT EVER THEY WANT. AND IF IT’S NOT WHAT WE ORDERED, WE STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SHIPPING.
I REALLY DON’T THINK IT’S LEGAL!!!
But, after been with hsn for many years, been an “antique” customer who spent $1000’s of dollars, YOU HAVE JUST HELPED ME MAKING MY DECISION TO STOP SPENDING MY MONEY WITH THIS FIRM.
99% of the items, hsn sells, Now I have found it on ebay, amazon, temu, also in stores.
ie: beekman soap, $4.99 in Ross,also on amazon. Colleen Lopez dress $14.99 on temu. Andrew Lessman supplement on his own website and amazon, Curtis Stone on ebay for much less $.I can go on and on.!!!!
So, hsn not just only loosing me as a customer but ALL people I have referred all these years, with all the people they have referred.
REMEMBER HSN, IT’S A CIRCLE OF SOPPERS, BASED ON REFERRAL.
TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS, IT’S NOT JUST ONLY SELLING, BUT KEEPING THE CUSTOMERS IS THE KEY TO A LONG-TERM SELLING SUCCES.
I shouldn’t have to pay any shipping for the WRONG ITEM SENT TO ME.

Every craft day lately the have filled prime watching times with shows that have nothing to do with crafts. Usually at prime watching times like early mornings. Please go back to filling Craft Days with crafting shows.
Posted in Forum: ElectronicsI bought the HP 16″ Omni (and All State protection plan) because I’ve been needing a new laptop and this seemed like the perfect one for my needs. WRONG!!! It’s NOT user-friendly; it’s NOT fast; it’s NOT light; and “support” is a joke!!!! Unfortunately, because of illness, I missed the return window, so it is now an $800-plus paperweight. I’ve gone back to my old, but user-friendly Dell.
I tried leaving a review, but I couldn’t because even though I ordered the laptop in late December—Christmas day—it’s no longer in the product list!!! I now know WHY!!!!

They promote the product for twenty six dollars and some change(reg 44.00), instinct that this price is good for a single ship or auto ship. however, when I go to the website, the single ship item is twenty six dollars and some change, but if I want to do auto ship, it’s forty four dollars, the regular price. I called customer service because I figured it was a website error and she told me no HSN does that, they don’t offer the same price for a single ship item as they do for an auto ship item!! I called back again because I thought I was given incorrect information.But I get the same answer.Which I think is totally BS! Shame on you HSN. I guess if you’re gonna try and over your customers, you don’t need my money, See ya
