USELESS HP 16" Omni Touch Screen Snapdragon 16 GB, 512GB SSD AI PC with Support
I bought the HP 16″ Omni (and All State protection plan) because I’ve been needing a new laptop and this seemed like the perfect one for my needs. WRONG!!! It’s NOT user-friendly; it’s NOT fast; it’s NOT light; and “support” is a joke!!!! Unfortunately, because of illness, I missed the return window, so it is now an $800-plus paperweight. I’ve gone back to my old, but user-friendly Dell.
I tried leaving a review, but I couldn’t because even though I ordered the laptop in late December—Christmas day—it’s no longer in the product list!!! I now know WHY!!!!
I’ll NEVER trust HP or HSN again!!!

I’m sorry this PC didn’t work out for you. We want you to love everything you purchase from HSN. I double checked and the item is still within the return period, but barely. I documented the poor performance and waived return shipping for the prepaid label included with the computer. Keep in mind it needs to be received by 2/23/2026 to be accepted. In the future I would suggest reaching out to customer service right away if you need to return a damaged or defective item to make sure it is returned in a timely fashion. I’m sorry I couldn’t do more, but I hope this helps.

Some time ago I purchased my computers through HSN. I had the same problems . I found many programs that were downloaded prior to purchase and these were dragging the computer down. There were programs that I would never use and thus began my day of deletion. After fully deleting these programs I ran a virus check and then I shut the computer down. Waited 5-10 minutes and turned everything on. Before using the computer I checked to make sure that those programs were fully deleted and then made my way to venturing online. I found that the computer actually worked better and it gave me room to add other features.
You might also try reaching out to the customer service area within Community. The MODs are wonderful to work with. They may be able to help you in this situation.

I’m surprised this computer isn’t working for you. I noticed that HSN and QVC were selling some real DOGS this past holiday season with computers with only 4GB of RAM, which is a complete joke! However, yours should be very powerful. I wouldn’t give up on it that easily. Contact the HP support again. Good luck!
