HSN and QVC CREDIT CARDS are now going to charge us $1.99 if we want a paper statement, starting in August 2024. I will no longer use their card’s anymore. I’m shopping less and less cuz I feel they over charge for products they sell in the masses. I’m shopping more at department stores online. I can get same items on Amazon, no shipping and get it in days, AND I’M NOT CHARGED to return a bad product.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceHello Fellow Community friends. I’m using the same headline because I just don’t get what’s going on with QVC/HSN. I purchased a beautiful pair of shoes which I, unfortunately, must return. No invoice included so I went to my iPhone to pull up the order. Got the order but no option to return or exchange. Ok. Went to my laptop and was able to pull the order and click on return options. Shocker! You have to return on your own. No other option available. Now, if I didn’t have the devices available to me, how does one return an item? This corporation is getting worse and worse with customer services. Cheaper and cheaper. So, yesterday and today I went shopping to a real store and I was exhilarated to shop in person. Purchased 3 pair of shoes, crossbody bag and makekup and it felt good. I am going to work very hard to only use online stores, boutiques, etc who treat their customers as though we are appreciated. Thanks for listening.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceNever in my life have I used home shopping Network… I’m one of the nights where I was having trouble sleeping I came across their channel so ..out of boredom..i my watched it. Came across something I wanted so I went online and ordered it. 4 days later they sent me a message saying I need to contact customer service. So I did that and was told it was after hours so I contacted them again the next day. I was told my order was canceled and I needed to contact identity verification center. Now this is going on like 7 Days of them already taking my money and having no resolution to this… I called the number that I was given and was connected to the rudest.. snottiest customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with in my life. She barely let me speak acted like I was a piece of .. and although I respect any company that thoroughly checks identity.. this representative wouldn’t let me speak. I am a DJ for one of the biggest rock stations in Detroit.. I’m pretty well respected.. and I’ve never been treated like that in my life. Not only will I never give this company my business again but I will never recommend this company in that lady that decided to take her attitude out on me because she clearly has a miserable life and likes to make other people feel like they are nothing.. she obviously has low self-esteem and it must make her feel good to put other people down so she can feel good about herself. And to her I say I hope life gets better for you. I hope one day you’re humbled and treat somebody the way they deserve to be treated because it doesn’t matter what you do for a living everybody deserves to be treated with respect until you are given a reason to treat them otherwise. This lady condemned as guilty before letting me talk or answer any questions and.. what a miserable lady. To HSN you should really get better employees that treat your customers or potential customers with the level of respect they deserve. I will never recommend this company and I will never use them in the future. I may be just one customer but I’m a customer that has a very large platform to make sure people know that this is how you get treated if you get the wrong employee.. but upon reading a lot of the comments this happens pretty often. So keep your product keep and give me my refund back because I will never buy anything from this company again. Thanks and as a side note to the lady that treated me like I was the on the bottom of her shoe .. God bless you I hope life is more kind to you so you learn to treat others more kind.
