Sorry to hear that the plaid on the jacket didn’t match up as they should have, @luckyal. I have gone ahead and issued you a refund for $3.71 for your original shipping & handling. You should see this refund within 72 business hours. I would recommend giving us a call, posting a message in our Customer Service forum, emailing us at HSNSocialCare@hsn.com, or reaching out to us via Facebook ahead of time so we can prevent situations such as these from happening.

I am sorry to hear that your order didn’t meet your expectations, @iamd1. I did issue a refund for your order which includes the two FlexPays that you paid. You should see your refunds of $16.03 & $15.99 in your account within 72 business hours.

What a lovely, friendly post…..Thank you, Lady4Peace! Yes, this HSN Community Forum can, in many ways, be very helpful in deciding whether to make a purchase or not. Some posters can be less than “friendly”, but they are quickly called out for being snarky and nasty. Some of the hosts are often discussed both in positive and negative ways. However, wouldn’t they, (the hosts) want to know the viewers’ opinions on their presentations and selling abilities? We all have our own favorite hosts, and those who we simply don’t watch. Have a wonderful day, and keep viewing these forums….they keep things interesting!!!

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI used to be able to access community from your app. Can’t do it last few days. Shows tags with black smudge at top. Deleted app & reinstalled – no change. Cant get to topics or forums. Went to community.hsn.com on phone to access. Can’t get in either way on Amazon fire tablet. Just shows tags.

Thank you for posting this. For some reason, I no longer get HSN emails (except order confirmations). I had read on the forums that the return policy was changing, good to see the entire policy change – thanks again for posting this!

@nakita After stating that I already contacted CS three times, and my post here being the fourth time, I didn’t expect to be told to contact them a fifth time. I haven’t done that yet. I see there’s a post from February about customers not receiving confirmation emails, but that it was resolved. Well now some of us are receiving nothing but confirmation emails, so maybe another problem was created.

No kidding! I know why these show hosts are so rude, because they are allowed to do so by their higher-ups. In my many years & many states of outside sales the powers that be did a quality control check on us by sending letters to our customers to see how we performed and to make sure our sales were legitimate. They were random; we never knew who or when those letters went out. But on HSN/QVC we audience/customers use forums like this but it seems to me the ‘higher-ups ‘ aren’t listening. If I had performed as rude of crass as Sarah, my behind would have been grass and the company would have been the lawnmower. Outtahere! Sharon

Now please don’t slam me for saying this but I just can’t grasp why you guys that become friends on this site don’t exchange at least an email address. Sorry, but if I didn’t exchange at least an email or number for texting, I’d know zippo about my friends on other forums and on old ones that went defunct – like ‘HSNRefugees’. I’ve always had throw-away email addresses – since like 1998! And I’ve never been hacked or my identity stolen or whatever – because they are ‘throw-away’ email accounts!

I took the advice from charliek and did a live chat a little bit ago. The chat rep said she put a request in, so I hope one is being mailed. It was for the one in March.
Thank you for replying. I know you all are very good with your responses, so I was surprised I never received one. Something must be going on with the forums. I see you commented a couple hours ago, but it didn’t show up on the forums until a few minutes ago….
