
Not receiving all HSN emails
Can someone help me with my emails? I’m subscribed to receive all, but I’m not receiving any TS or promotional emails from hsn@email.hsn.com. The last one I received was on 3/25/23. I’m receiving order emails OK, which come from a different address.
I’ve contacted Customer Service three times, and haven’t had any luck getting this fixed. Several years ago I had a similar issue, and didn’t get it resolved until I posted here. Thanks!

My HSN emails stopped again. On 7/11/23, I accidentally marked an HSN TS email as spam. As soon as I realized it, I went into my spam folder and marked it as not spam, but I haven’t received any HSN emails since then.
On 7/13/23, I looked at my preferences in my HSN account. The check marks for emails had been removed, but I didn’t remove them. I rechecked them, but that hasn’t restarted the emails.
I don’t know if the problem lies with Comcast or HSN, or if there’s some kind of disconnect between the two. I also don’t know what triggered the issue back in March. If I marked an email as spam back then, I wasn’t aware of it.

I noticed today I received at least three promotional emails, for Clinique, Andrew Lessman, and Signature Club A. Hopefully I’ll see a TS email in the next few days. Thanks so much!-

I have been having the same problem for a couple of months. I receive order emails but nothing else. I have called 800-933-2887 several times and they do the same things that I have tried but nothing has worked. I called again today 5/8/23 and the representative that I spoke to said he would send a message to management to try and resolve the issue. I stumbled upon this post so I figured it couldn’t hurt to give it a try also. Thanks.

@nakita After stating that I already contacted CS three times, and my post here being the fourth time, I didn’t expect to be told to contact them a fifth time. I haven’t done that yet. I see there’s a post from February about customers not receiving confirmation emails, but that it was resolved. Well now some of us are receiving nothing but confirmation emails, so maybe another problem was created.

I am still not receiving any emails. Just chatted with Aimee and she suggested calling 800-284-3900 and asking to speak to a supervisor. After I talked to Evan on 5/8/23, at 800- 933-2887, the problem was supposed to be elevated to management and technical support. Aimee said she saw the note on my account but did not know the status. Yes, it is ridiculous the number of times I have had to contact them for 2 months without having the problem resolved.

I’m truly sorry that you are no longer receiving emails from us, @thisgoesto11! I recommend adding our email address to your “safe” list to ensure all emails are received. After reviewing your profile, I do see that you are signed up for those. You can update these online under Communication preferences. Sometimes all it takes is removing them, and adding them back. If you are still unable to receive them, please check the email address you are using and reach out to us directly at 800-933-2887.

Sorry Angela, but your advice does not work. Apparently the problem is more than the reps are capable of fixing. Someone needs to be checking into the problem more thoroughly.
