
No email confirmations
2/20/23 am not receiving order nor shipping email confirmations. No they’re NOT blocked or in spam. They just stopped from both HSN and QVC. Hmmmm, something wrong.

@gailybird, I apologize that you’ve been unable to receive our emails. I’ve reviewed your account and see that it is set up to receive them out. I’ve refreshed the system, so you should start seeing our emails once again. I recommend checking your junk mail folder and ensuring that our email address hasn’t been blocked. The address’ you’ll see most are HSNCustomerService@email.hsn.com or hsn@email.hsn.com.

I am not receiving emails too. The last 2 . I checked with hsn agent and you have email and home address. What’s up

Hi @char8995, I don’t see where you were subscribed to receive the Today Special emails, but I have re-subscribed you to them. But were there other emails you are not receiving? I know that we had an issue last month regarding customers not receiving emails for order confirmations, but that had since been resolved.

I am sorry to hear that you’re not receiving your email confirmations @lee20. We are aware of an issue impacting many different email providers and are working diligently to resolve this issue. In the meantime, I would recommend checking your order status by logging into your account.
