Apparently I stumbled onto an item that will be the TS on Friday (Birkenstock). I suspect that is why the coupon didn’t work. The price went up overnight, so I guess I have a sneak peak.
However, the item is not marked TS. How are customers supposed to know?When HSN sits around wondering why sales are tanking, add “confusion” and “deception.”
QVC is in talks for Bankrupcy, and since the same company owns both, HSN will probably follow suit. The way they are going about it by lowering all easy-pays is not going to work. Whatever happens it is the best thing to happen for some of us who should save more money. Besides the quality of some of the clothes has taken a hit. I believe the claim of send it back and we will refund your money 100% has been a hard lesson for myself, because they fail to mention that that will keep half of it!!!!!!!!!!!!SHAMEFUL and might just be illegal.

I had a coupon that when I tried to use it before its expiration date, the system said it was invalid.
Just now, I tried to use Celebrate43 and it said invalid.
THESE COUPONS ARE IN MY ACCOUNT UNDER COUPONS & KASH. THESE COUPONS APPEAR IN MY BANNER.
But I cannot use them.

I am home again today, but feeling better. Found going down the three steps OK, but returning to the front door a huge problem. Decided to wait one more day. I did receive a package from HSN and the jacket arrived. It’s exactly what I need and will keep me warm through the cool, oops, I mean the cold down for the rest of the week. Layering will not be a problem.
T’he rain and wind have started. Heavy rain. I contacted the receptionist and mentioned that the rain was coming down hard and an umbrella may be useless due to the wind. I am glad to be home and not worrying about running to the car. My hubs would be a nervous wreck wondering if I made it home OK. It’s times like this that I wish he had a phone in his room.
I have enjoyed the Scarpetta novels and will watch the video when I am able. I purchased the newer model of Amazon’s HD Fire 11″ Max which was supposed to be brand new, but in my case, NOT. It shows a black, horizontal line when first opened. It has a tendency to jump around and then freezes. The one good thing is the Alexa app. She actually talks to you as if in the same room. Any subject, any time. I will be returning it this week. The one thing I need to say is that Amazon stands behind their products 100%.

I wish I didn’t agree, but I do. I don’t know if it’s “fashion” in general getting desperate for some new look, but these short, wide-at-the ankle pants just don’t do it for me. Marla’s TSV (the floral-on-bottom jacket) was not her usual understated and elegant look. Her daughter, while attractive, pleasant, and sensible, is too animated for TV, too jumping-around, which makes me nervous. A lot of this company’s host choices miss the mark because the hosts talk too fast, never stop talking, are too manic for the “cool medium” that TV is, and keep interrupting to give the latest count on how many are left in each size — who cares?! We’ll find out when we place our order! The hard sell is ridiculous, because they fail in giving us critical information about what we cannot see or feel. in person in a store.
The dark-haired woman who was subbing for Marla yesterday (another overly animated rep) never said during the presentation what size she usually wears and what size she was in. That’s critical info. I bought that sweater, but went down a size after reading the reviews. I was anxious about what size to buy — and who wants to go through that when we should be getting every bit of information we need to make a purchase.
I’ve been letting HSN know this for years — we all have — and, frankly, they deserve to go down because of their apparently stubborn refusal to listen to our requests to give us the basic and critical information we need to make a choice. Online Selling 101. They don’t get it. And it’s sad.

Hi @tlouiset & @bunnydoodle. I share in your frustration with this, and I am very sorry it has yet to be resolved. I tried recreating this issue by hovering over the prerecorded video’s on HSN.com, the icon shows at the top of that same video.
To help us figure out what’s going on, any information you can or have provided will be helpful in that research. Are you on our website or on social media? Please specify which one. What device & which browser are you utilizing, and what other devices or browsers have you tried? Also, if you can please share exactly which items or video(s) you are unable to hear the audio in. This information is needed for us to troubleshoot the concerns on our end.
You might also consider uninstalling the App if you’re on it and reinstalling it again, clearing your web browser & cookies and then power off the device for five minutes. This can help things run more smoothly when shopping online by forcing through updates required to run. Speaking of updates also be sure your device is updated as this can cause these issues as well. We look forward to your reply and hope that this information is found to be helpful.

I can’t believe I even gave her SkinRecovery Night Shift Concentrate a try the only thing I like is her collagen balm it doesn’t help with anti-aging but it is soothing, and I like her skin recovery pain cream for the body.
The SkinRecovery Night Shift Concentrate was burning and drying I had to get up in the middle of the night and wash it off my face it was that bad. It irritated my skin and dried it out completely it is that bad.
I do not have sensitive skin at all and can use the strongest Retinols and Glycolic peels and nothing irritates my skin but this was horrible.
I can’t believe HSN is constantly pushing Nakery’s skin care line for the face. They need to give up on Liz’s skincare brand for the face none of her products are any good for anti-aging they actually are irritating. Her scientist she talks about must be quacks because most of her products are cheap gimmicks.
She out & out lies about her products and HSN backs her up. It is pathetic at this point.
Also, the older women they have applying her products on the shows obviously have had Botox between their eyes and injections to make them look younger it has nothing to do with Nakery that is for sure!
If they were using Nakery on their face they would look twice as old.
Also, I don’t believe any of the positive reviews for this product I don’t trust HSN any longer they did not print my negative review.

Even G by Guillianas line is looking extremely cheap and no style. Pants are way too short, even on her. And Marla Wynne. Just homely. Seems like the so called designers have lost their zeal! This is happening to me as well. Using Kindle, On HSN website and have no icon for volume. I have volume on live presentation NOT when i watch previously recorded presentation. I have icon on QVC, and i can listen to a YouTube video without problem. Very specific to HSN. this has been going on for at least a month. Help. Thanks- tricia
I read it last month. their six billion dollars in debts. Curate went hiding behind QVC as they now call themselves ‘qvc group. Yes’ curate ran HSN into the ground and I doubt that curate will come through. if they don’t, the court should take custody of HSN and QVC while looking for new buyers for HSN and QVC septet. up state new York here the nevlry hotel and resort was ran into the ground July 3rd 2009 workers showed up for work, found themselves locked out as was closed down by owner. the court took custody of the resort and hotel, the owner got nothing and was side. this should happen to curate.
QVC Group has not filed anything, yet. No decision as of this post. They are “talking to creditors”. So, we will keep it as they “are considering filing Chapter 11”.
IMO when I started watching Q almost 20 years ago, many (not all!) of their clothes were already dowdy. Same on HSN. I am not sure who was running what at what time, but who is buying “coins”? Is “crafting” paying the corporate debts? Beauty is almost non-existent on HSN, always Nakery-you can find their shows 5 days a week, I think. Even Signature A is hardly on anymore. Seems Lancome is gone and no new shows scheduled. I wonder how long Colleen will still sell on H?? I liked Antthony as a vendor but his designs did not appeal to me personally, but I did appreciate that he knew the woman he was designing for. I did purchase IMAN a lot, the first time around, but not at all when she came back after a couple years. Marla again was not my cup of tea, her design shapes would not work for me, but I liked to watch to see what she would bring in.
Similarly on Q. They lost Isaac Mizrahi, which was the only brand I would purchase on the regular, initially. Then they had to cheapen the 24/7 pants and pima cotton shirts. Similarly to Antthony, he knew his customer. Anyway, I buy things mostly on Q just because that is where I started and I like Belle, but I carefully pick and choose due to pricing rising. Maybe a Denim and Co top here or there, but not often. I also like more of their home decor than H, but that is just a personal preference.
Corporate wastes money for on location broadcasts, like Palm Springs (imo). They waste more money teaming up with the likes of Kathy Hilton and Theresa Caputo, and then the “influencers” they work with for their streaming and TikTok services. The method of buying through TV is old news. They were never really prepared for the use of Apps, streaming, or realizing their pricing is out of line in many cases. All stores have a website now, and if you want something unique I bet you can find it somewhere online.
