I went to order Apple AirPods off of HSN through FlexPay. The first time I was told my card wasn’t accepted & was charged $53.53, I wanted to try again because it was a cashapp card & I was told to use my bank card, went & you my bank card and HSN cancelled my order & STILL TOOK $53.53, so overall they have taken around $107. I’m so upset!!!! I will NEVER order from this company.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI just want to start off by saying I am so very disappointed in HSN. I have ordered things before and I’ve never had such a bad experience. My daughter order a laptop for my other daughters bday gift as they just lost their mother and I wanted to cheer her up a bit for the holidays and her Bday. The order was canceled due to my daughter not having the correct billing address as my card. My daughter deleted the card and created an account for me. She tried to reorder it but the account stated that the card was added to another account.
I called customer service with my daughter on 3 way and the representative stated that it would take 5 to 7 days to transfer the card to the correct account as well as 3 to 5 days to receive the preauth money back. These time frames are unacceptable especially the 5 to 7 business days to transfer a card. Anyway I was also told that I was able to use another card to order the item so I used another bank card and guess what “flex pay denied”. Why tell me I can use another card to buy the item on flexpay and hold up more funds if I’m not eligible. Wouldn’t it have been something to tell me in the beginning so that I wouldn’t tie up more of my funds. This is so ridiculous,and then comes the transferring run around. I spoke to 4 representatives and a voicemail *supposedly supervisor line*. I am still without a laptop and 240 dollars on hold for 3 to 5 days all because of their error in telling me I was able to order with a different card. I have never had any issues with QVC but HSN has been a nightmare. Researching has shown me that I am not the only one whose gone through this issue. Why not preauth my eligibility before preauth my bank account. Wouldnt that be more logical. I will be reporting this to the BBB along with whatever other platform I can use until my issue is resolved.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI was denied Flexpay and you cancelled the order. Then you took the money out of my account. I need you to refund this money asap since this is my Christmas money. I am a single mom and NEED this money returned to me so I can buy gifts for my child. I was shocked when I noticed you took the money out of my account yet denied my purchase.

Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceYou denied my flexpay and still took two separate pre auths out on my bank account. I need those pre auths to fall off, it’s tied up almost 175$ of my money. It’s my money and I need it back, I cancelled my order as soon as it denied flexpay, release my funds on your end.
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceThis just happened to me! I was denied 2 out of 3 orders! Flex pay was for $20 for nintendo switch controllers, $183.33 for Macbook, and $95 for Apple Watch! They approved the controllers but denied/cancelled the other 2! I took a screen shot of this and opened by bank account and sure enough there is a HSN Pending Transaction for $31.86, $129.24, and $249.34! Thats $410.44 that I don’t have! Its 12/11/2019 almost Christmas time, and now im out all of that to buy family Christmas Gifts! This needs to be fixed! I’m not getting these items and I’m getting charged!?!? Now what am I going to do for my family’s christmas?!
Posted in Forum: Customer ServiceI bought some Christmas presents for my kids and you all took over $200 from me. Now the orders are cancelled and the flexpay is denied. When am i getting my $$$ back??? Im filing a complaint to the better business bureau.
