Denied FlexPay but Pending Charges!
This just happened to me! I was denied 2 out of 3 orders! Flex pay was for $20 for nintendo switch controllers, $183.33 for Macbook, and $95 for Apple Watch! They approved the controllers but denied/cancelled the other 2! I took a screen shot of this and opened by bank account and sure enough there is a HSN Pending Transaction for $31.86, $129.24, and $249.34! Thats $410.44 that I don’t have! Its 12/11/2019 almost Christmas time, and now im out all of that to buy family Christmas Gifts! This needs to be fixed! I’m not getting these items and I’m getting charged!?!? Now what am I going to do for my family’s christmas?!

I am really sorry for this extremely delayed response and for the inconvenience this is causing @flexde. I see that our system has sent electronic request for the authorizations to be released from your account. The time frame as to when these funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.

Why does hsn have a hold on my funds when I never even placed an order it never got to that screen I’ve never used hsn and will never use them again
