It’s not an issue with the website. It’s normal practice for HSN. they been doing it for years.
what’s odd about it?. HSN has been billing our credit card for years and years and years and get the bill for it before getting the items ordered. HSN hasn’t gotten cought yet because no one has reported them . they take out the first flex payment that’s why I now pay in full
Wow, 16 items? That’s power shopping.
It seems to me that HSN needs to make sure the credit card is good before they proceed to shipping. Cards do get declined.

This is occurring VERY frequently. Placed orders for 16 items during Black Friday weekend. HsN FULLY charged me for ALL 16 items on 11/30/25. 5 of the 16 items shipped on 12/2, the other 11 are all still in “packaging” as of today 12/5) despite being fully charged and posted to my credit card on 11/30/25. This is an illegal practice and I am extremely frustrated as HSN is taking its sweet time to ship items despite a 12/8 delivery date being provided.

This clothing line never mentions sizes/measurements or the actual size the models are wearing other than “their normal HSN size” without a number attached. Most of these items have no size chart or garment measurement on line either. Come on HSN.. no one is minding the store and providing accurate information. How is one supposed to order with out measurements?
