I ordered the 85″ Samsung HW-B750F TV they set up a delivery date and time, im still waiting on my $1000+ TV i was told now I have to wait until Monday do to closing time to call that’s 3 days from the delivery time,, all I got was a no call no show,,,, come on HSN please do something

‘When I found out the HSN campus in Tampa was closing, it hit me harder than I expected. It’s truly the end of an era. I’ve even had this recurring dream where I’m doing the last show in the studio, and suddenly I realize the studio’s being demolished… and I’m locked inside, banging on the doors, trying to get out.
That building wasn’t just a studio, it was the backdrop to 31 of the most transformative years of my life. It gave me a voice, a platform, and storytelling skills I never dreamed of having. I laughed, I cried, I launched jeans that changed lives (and my own).
Now that HSN is moving to the QVC campus, things will never quite be the same. So I’m sending off that old studio with gratitude, nostalgia, and a bittersweet goodbye.

I deleted the HSN app on my phone and took HSN off of my bookmarks. The fun of shopping here has been going downhill for quite sometime but this ‘new policy’ of no longer including clearance items on Free Shipping day is it for me!
In June my HSN card with be paid off. After that I’m closing my HSN credit card and deleting my online account here. To whoever it is ruining this once great shopping channel, shove it where the sun don’t shine! I’m OUT!

Your price never goes up.However, I was told by Michael the phone supervisor that this was incorrect. He was really mean. I have been a customer for four decades! He flat out lied to me.
My original order was $35 and I was charged over $90! He offered $10???I submitted a complaint with the BBB and hopefully someone will eventually honor their own policy.
Once this is resolved, I am closing my account.
