I'm done with HSN!
Another Free Shipping day where clearance items do not include Free Shipping? I’m done. I deleted the HSN app on my phone and took HSN off of my bookmarks. The fun of shopping here has been going downhill for quite sometime but this ‘new policy’ of no longer including clearance items on Free Shipping day is it for me!
In June my HSN card with be paid off. After that I’m closing my HSN credit card and deleting my online account here. To whoever it is ruining this once great shopping channel, shove it where the sun don’t shine! I’m OUT!

Free or not, shipping is too erratic. In the age of porch pirates, some of us need to be available to accept delivery, and it’s really inconvenient to be stuck in limbo.

I thought I was the only person unhappy with HSN. They do not offer enough deals to frequent shoppers, and credit card holders. My account is almost paid off and I am not ordering anything else from them.-
That’s funny. I get annoyed because so many offers and coupons are only for credit card holders.

they do that because they make 30% interest above the cost of the item on the charge cards.

This was also a topic of discussion yesterday morning on the Q forum, and within an hour or so it was all corrected.

Why did no one at HSN notice that there should have been free shipping offered on the clearance items? Until several shoppers brought it to their attention, I guess HSN would have left it the way it was. Unsettling, but at least the error was corrected in the end. Good for those shoppers who spoke up about it!

This morning clearance didn’t have free shipping but now does, I think it was an error and they corrected it

I agree..Once I have my flex pays paid off I will be right there with you.. I can’t stand listening to most of the hosts. For some reason Management doesn’t pay attention to people’s posts stating this. Half the hosts going to QVC either talk to fast or they won’t let the vendors speak..if I hear “Lowest price” or hurry up there’s only so many left, it’ll be too soon..Who wants the hosts parading around,
watching themselves in the camera (Sarah, Val, Amy). Some of the models shouldn’t be speaking because they have voices that we don’t want to hear..I use to order all the time, but not anymore..I’ve been watching and buying for over 20 years..Best of luck to the change.-
30 yr customer here. Used to tout “no middle man” so prices were low. ha ha. THEY ARE the middle man. Prices have become out of control. They now pay for expensive air time showing commercials on other networks. Must be hurting.
When will they get “you cant fool all the people all of the time”

Please allow me to look into this with you. Was there something specific you wanted to order that isn’t showing the discount?
