I use a ton of Isomers products that I stocked up on when it was clear Evine was going to bleed out.
The new formulations appear to be serious downgrades. For example the multi molecular hyralonic serum that I have in my cabinet has twice as many ingredients as the one being sold on HSN. It is a big shame. Isomers used to be cutting edge and was worth paying a bit more than The Ordinary or Deceim but now Deceim has much better formulations than the revised Isomers ones. They also sell some Isomers products on ShopLC. ShopLC is the worst though. They will say the retail price on the serum is $450 and they will “discount” it to $45 which is about the retail price on their own website so no real discount. And HSN Is selling mostly 1oz bottles which makes no sense if the bottle is going in a shipping box. instead of pulled of a shelf and into a physical cart. The shipping cost probably accounts for more of the price than anything else. On homeshopping everything should be supersize otherwise you are definitely overpaying.

If they were sold at any traditional retailer we would know what their actual values are. This feels like an unintentional mind game. You have no idea what something is actually worth because they are not in traditional retail. Try Deceim if you are looking for an alternative. They have very similar formulations to the original Isomers formulas. I AM NOT recommending against Isomers but do your homework. Many of their formulas are still great but there may be similar formulas from national brands out there at better prices. You can use AI to tell you what good subs are.

Being on so many home shopping retailers is so confusing. Still on Evine’s website at better prices. More products on HSN but at much higher prices. Even more products on their own website but pricing there is mixed.

Thank you for letting me know about the coupon. I may stock up there again because the prices on HSN are not worth it when I can buy traditional brands at similar or lower prices.

However I would still buy from Manuela every day of the week instead of aesthetician Dimitry. His formulas do not make sense. If you are in doubt ask AI. Seriously ask AI if this formula appears too good to be true and it will tell you objectively. It is clear he is a trained aesthetician that only learned how to perform facials rather than a scientist, chemist or doctor that understands biochemistry. He understands hype and marketing. And brands himself as the opposite to fool us. Manuela is honest. I do not agree with how Isomers is being priced but I do trust they know how skincare works.

Cristopher Banks was acquired by ShopHQ’s old parent company during the pandemic and the new parent company (the 5hour energy man) absorbed both ShopHQ and CB. They are probably using CB’s payment system because they probably ended their operations in Minnesota.

I regularly order Serious Skin Care products from QVC. HSN doesn’t sell anything that good!
Since the move I am now ordering from QVC more often and HSN less and less. I also love Laura Geller make up. It is the best make up for mature skin I have ever used.

@martinc don’t you be yelling at my girl Chelsea!!!! 😉😁 Seriously though, people have been asking for Wei’s products to return since she left. When Wei decided to bring them back, Chelsea was the natural choice since she has the Asian connection.

I don’t think it matters to the WE fans that the ingredient deck is outdated and bad for the average skincare user. It works for them and now they have it, thanks to Chelsea Scott and HSN (and Wei)!

I wish Consult Beaute would come to HSN but probably not because Dr Dubrow and Dr Nassif work together. I also miss Serious Skin Care with Jennifer Flavin Stallone. I know SSC is sometimes on QVC but not often enough and they only offer very few products when they’re on. She’s been popping up on Facebook recently so maybe she’ll show back up on HSN or QVC at some point….

I don’t think HSN eliminated Serious Skincare. I think it was SSC. SSC was on ShopHQ for awhile. Now they have several websites and send out emails for their sales. Check out SeriousSkinCare

Under the “Bring Back” category, my vote is for SERIOUS SKIN CARE. Miss those Halloween Surprise Boxes, some of those kits were amazing values as well as the products
    were very good.

I’ve followed Jennifer around several channels but the show was flat and the hosts were ridiculous and the S/H was so high. HSN, can’t you get Jennifer and SERIOUS SKIN CARE back?
HSN and SERIOUS SKIN CARE were a marketing gold mine.

Anyone know where to find her now?

I had nothing but trouble with these people. Upon ordering I received doubled and what a nightmare to straighten it out, still they refused to make it right on the shipping. The customer service was impossible to get through and when you finally, did they still would not help me. I was told a credit would show on my card, but it never did. Then, I had to call again which took me forever and frustrated. They got what they deserve and all those who left HSN to go there, well, big mistake. I love HSN and all the host are very special people, customer service is excellent and they care about their customers. I thank them every time I call sometimes just to say thank you. My husband is now shopping HSN which is neat to see since I was always in trouble for shopping so much. He loves Andrew Lessman and makes a point to let me know when he is on air. HSN is only getting better and bringing the best to their customers. I don’t know if anyone else noticed but our channel here in Oregon show SHOPHQ has been taken away by its owner. My first thought was they didn’t want to pay. I saw Serious Skin care on Shop HQ is why I was interested. I wish they would go back to HSN. I love you HSN and thank you for 38 years of shopping with you!

    Rude Customer Service

HSN could care less about it’s customers now. They used to send samples be more thoughtful and kind.
My mother has been a customer since 1998. In fact she started by ordering X-mas decorations and Serious Skincare. She continued to order from this company.
Well, today I called in because my mother is older and sometimes forgetful. She forgot to pay $18.30 on a Flex-pay. I found out when I went to order for X-mas a gift for her that another account on file has an outstanding balance.
I asked my mother and she logged in noticed a flexpay outstanding of $18.30.
So she told me she would pay it but forgot so I called in today to pay it for her.
The people were rude and confrontational in tone.
They refused to take my payment saying my card was not on file.
I have called in before to make a payment a few times in the past few years my mom is older to help her out.
They were unwilling to help me out. I had to ask well since you won’t take my payment how can I take care of this. They said with her card on file well that one is closed. Hence why I called to make a payment to take care of this for her.
I told them that her card is closed. how can I make this payment?
Now I have to send in a check I was given the address.
Well, my mom called in she wanted to know what was going on and rightfully so. and the women on the phone hung up.

It was just rude how they were being they said it is always the policy but they let me pay with my card before on her behalf. A few times the past few years.
I will be sending the check and cancelling my account as well as my mothers.
We have spent a lot of money with them through the years. My mom has spent more since 1998.

Where is Lynda and Elysee cosmetics?

I just found this community posting today while googling Elysee and wanted to say that I also miss the informative presentations and effective products that Linda/Elysee Cosmetics used to sell on HSN. (I also loved the Serious Skin Care brand.)

I currently like the M.Asam products, but don’t bother with any of the other skin care lines on HSN as their presenters often make such unrealistic claims that even someone with only a couple years of high school chemistry can easily recognize when they are providing inaccurate or very misleading ‘information,’ at best. All hype and pushing ‘clean beauty’ misinformation to make a buck by so many brands…so little actual scientifically-proven results or real information. They can only get away with such outlandish claims by posting in tiny print at the bottom of supposed ‘before’ and ‘after’ shots, something like ‘individual results will vary’ while the seller promises that the product is such a miracle that all results will be beyond belief – while using the same ingredients included in much less expensive products. Yes, the claims are truly unbelievable as are the astronomical prices for their empty promises.

Please, HSN bring back Elysee Cosmetics. Linda spoke about actual ingredients (not just flowers or some kind of ‘extract’ or ‘essence’ of something that someone picked up along the path of their walk in a park) and educated consumers about products. Elysee’s claims were backed up with real clinical studies, not just the words of ‘influencers’ and/or a small consumer perception survey. I was more educated after watching the shows and found the products to actually be effective.

    I have been w
been a customer of HSN for decades. I love the products, prices, auto shipment and the hosts. I was so sad to see one of my favorites Serious Skincare leave.

It is a fabulous line and I wish HSN/QVC would bring it back.

Please try to come to an agreement for your customers. Thank you.

Serious Skin Care needs to return to HSN. I started watching it when Lesa {the orginal creator } was on. Jennifer went to Lesa clinic for her acne issues and was so impressed, she brought the line to HSN. Lesa was terrified on camera but soon got the hang of it. I LOVED watching items sell out and sell out some more during the product presentation. Please bring them back!!! I was such a loyal user but it was too expensive to buy on ShopHQ.

won’t happen sorry, Jennifer left on bad terms. there legal battles in court. I think hsn wanted ownership of serious skin care when hsn was letting jenefer go and it went to court because Jennifer is still under gag orders hopefully soon now Jennifer will get her gag order lifted in court and we will learn the truth that hsn wanted to raise the prices and Jennifer said no. I agree thst she should set up her own store, warehouse, and we will follow her.

HSN has lost all my favorites – Elysee, Serious Skin Care, Slinky, Birkies (so missed), and now Soft and Cozy. It’s a far different place…and Christmas trees on set in late September?
